my older brother was a mess when he got out. had a bad jump and had difficulty walking or standing.. fuckers kept trying to get his to amputate his leg.. he had nightmares and shit.. i dunno i spent a lot of years living with him and taking care of him after that till he passed away in 2014. I know from his experiences they don't just want to sweep their mistakes under the rug they want to bury them. And even the brass in the army can hold reputation and covering each other's back above human dignity and honesty.
I don't think they can learn things the correct way anymore... they are brainwashed into the repeated narrative way of thinking and that's what it is going to take.. so yeah, they won't learn it from the original evidence, or this audit, but as it piles up and becomes inescapeable more will.
I also believe there are some people that will refuse to see.
they have no images of the " nooses " my guess is these were measuring distance for putting up some sort of construction.. especially if they are setting stone to get the whole thing level and having a uniform amount of mortar
