Been doing this for years with my rental properties. Mortgages provide more leverage than any other financial product. Put 20% down, collect rent, use profits to put another 20% down in a few years. Also have made a ton of money trading stocks on margin, its risky but the best way to make money is by stretching your money as far as possible. As long as you don't over extend debt helps you make more $$$.

This, I'd rather owe 100,000k on a 15 year loan at 2.3%. As long as your investments are making more than 2.3% per year you are good. I never pay of more debt than is needed as I make more by investing that money. Not all debt is bad.

This. They are not going to make a return on their investment by making section 8 housing for Tyrone. I can almost guarantee they will be selling all of these to luxury developers.

Gargle my balls. Your understanding of crypto is rudimentary. Proof of stake coins don't use much energy. Gold is a great store of value but it doesn't have the power to completely change the economy like crypto does. Look up web 3.0, polkadot and decentralized finance. Those 3 combined will take power away from government and big corporations and allow people to monetize their own data. Websites can't be censored on web 3.0

Well said. I'm only in my 30s and hate my job and would retire tomorrow if I hit the lottery. I could find a million hobbies/Interesting things to do if I was retired or on welfare. It wouldn't be the boredom that made me kill myself, it would be the mediocrity. Imagine living on the bare minimum: section 8, food stamps, disgusting car, no sense of advancement. Waking up everyday and having 0 life goals to work towards. Fuck that. Sounds like a miserable existence. Paying off my mortgage and watching my retirement account pass $1,000,000 was the best feeling on the planet. I would love having no job, but not if it meant I was a poor leach. I want to enjoy my retirement on a yacht not a section 8 balcony smoking crack.

Just got back from Naples Florida, not one mask in sight. Back in shit hole NJ yesterday and I'm the only one not wearing a mask in the grocery store. NJ is full of cucks. I can't wait to move to Florida.......

This. Not everyone deserves to own their own home or rent their own apartment. Put the work in or become homeless idgaf. If your state is too expensive then move. Tons of places in florida you can rent for under $1k per month.

Who gives a fuck. Unskilled workers don't deserve to make more money. Learn skills or enjoy poverty. Yes, that is reality. The low man on the totem pole doesn't deserve to be rich or even comfortable. Survival of the fittest, the dumb are going to suffer. I'm a millennial under 30 and have almost 700k in assets. I have never made over $100k in a year. We are literally living in the easiest time in history to become rich. Its never been easier to make money in the stock market or with cryptocurrency. Jobs that pay $10 an hour are meant for high school kids. If you are still working that job in your 20s or 30s you are retarded. How do you propose we fix the high rents? Rent control? Sounds communist to me..... Rent is high because real estate is a scarce asset that appreciates quickly. If you can't afford rent in your area then move. Its that simple. Retards making $10 an hour shouldn't be trying to live in San Francisco.

That would crash the s&p500 and the stock market. Many innocent people who worked their entire lives to save and retire would get fucked over from that decision. Terrible idea.

There is no "they got women to work". No one forced them to work. People are just getting married later than 50 years ago and if you aren't married you need to support yourself. Also the whole idea that women should do nothing but raise kids is fucking retarded. My mother ran a successful business while raising my sister and I. She did a better job raising us than the "stay at home moms" while working full time.

No company on earth will ever catch up to TSMC. Luckily they are building a plant in Arizona. It was only going to be a plant for older nodes but after Samsung just announced they are increasing their capex now TSMC is considering throwing another $20 billion at the AZ fab for 2nm chips.
