That Judge needs to drink some East Palestine river water.
Judge needs to follow it up by eating lead.
Commie fucking scum.
Who's the soy-faggot that downvoted this guy? At least speak the fuck up, you spineless mook.
He’s been downvoting and reporting me to MODs for weeks because he’s a cucked faggot. He actually brags about reporting my stuff and made a whole post about it and how much of a good little hall monitor he is. His wife definitely fucks other men.
u/Uzkekistani is definitely vaccinated.
His name is probably on the Cartel bribe list!
What judge isn’t on the CIA i mean cartel list
Get Anthony Huber’d
Assuming this judge has taken bribes from the cartel like half of AZ government has!!!!!
It’s take the bribe or say hello to MS-13 raping your entire family.
That's Pride Water, bigot!
Honestly now that we know half of Arizona political class is owned by cartel, is this really all that surprising?
"The witness testified that the gunshots, about 15 in total, sounded like rounds from an AK-47 rifle. He said he thought “the government” had shot at him as the group fled back across the border fence and into Mexico"
Looks like theres a way to make them turn around eh?
Emilio Velasquez. Yes.
Funny how that happens. The same way Tommy Robinson always finds himself in front of the only muslim high court judge
What are you talking about. The system is completely fair and the judicial roulette wheel is totally random.
I think it has way more to do with McConnell pulling all funding for those candidates' campaigns while throwing that money towards Murkowski in Alaska. That and there's a lot of issues with elections in Pennsylvania and Arizona, especially considering the cartel mortgage thing that just came out in Arizona.
Wouldn't surprise me if the judge was some illegal border jumping trash themselves.
You mean "Si."
The mighty ducks guy?!
of course...this poor innocent bastard is being scapegoated for biden's continuing failure at the border...
The jury will probably be made up of anchor babies who will convict him of murder.
That system would incentivize a lot of assassinations lol.
Only because politicians look at their position as a right and not a duty to the people.
Juries were seen as the unofficial 4th branch of government when this country was founded. If the first three failed, get a jury together.
Yep. Once you see it, hell any of it, it can't be unseen. And it's infuriating once you realize what's been actively hidden from you for so long
I hear you, brother. My agnostic ass has even been seriously delving into Christianity lately, based on all this. It's wild
Excellent. I haven't gotten that far yet, but when you say it makes so much sense, I can't help but begin to agree. Not sure if you're a podcast fan, but you ought to check out Steve Deace
i think all victimless crimes should go to jury nullification
Juries are picked by the state. You better believe their finger is on the scale.
The reason you "aren't told" about it is because it's nonsense.
Username checks out.
I identify as a resident of his county. Put me on the jury.
Who is the prosecution?
If this goes to court, this is an international matter. If the rancher "murdered" someone from another country that's an international incident.
And if this goes to court he should have the right to request trial in the country of the "victim".
This is such a legal mess, it's like teenagers are running the judicial system.
Judicial is bought and paid for. Valasquez probably came cheap.
She asked for the Sonoran Hot Dog.
It doesn't work that way since Mexico (or wherever the illegal alien was originally from) does not have jurisdiction over a U.S. citizen, and the "murder" was committed within the state of Texas and would fall under Texas law.
Imagine if you defended yourself against a citizen of Rwanda, and then the Rwandan government petitioned to extradite you and the punishment would be chopping your hands off with a machete. It can't work that way.
The charge is probably B.S. but the jurisdiction issue isn't.
Well he's in luck, because Arizona and Mexico are both run by the cartels.
Are you retarded?
There's no such thing as "international murder." Murder another person and you go to prison. There's no "but he doesn't even go here!" get out of jail freebie for murder.
Murder is a crime against the people. You don't get to pull a Darell Brooks and claim that just because your victims are dead that means there's no one to prosecute.
Illegal alien invaders have no constitutional rights, he invaded our nation and that’s man property, he had every right to put him down.
You clearly don't understand The Constitution, or rights at all.
But the rancher unalived a parasite, not a person.
If you ever shoot someone on your property, bury them in a ditch or feed them to the hogs. Lesson learned.
I'm not sure if the poor guy had the time. From what I've learned, it was called in as an active shooter and cops would be swarming the place.
Further proof the system is owned by the cartels.
WTF is an illegal immigrant? Wasn't the illegal alien a criminal? Aside from the criminal act of illegally cross the broader on multiple occasions.
here's a link without the paywall
Moral of the story is shoot, shovel and shut up.
Needs to sue the FEDS for dereliction of duty, protect every State from Invaders
Not like we're gon a help him.
The ranch owner is an American Hero.
Invader had no right to tread on his land that he pays yearly property taxes. Solution? TAX REVOLT. No more shekels for your democrat race war. END IT NOW. Taxation is theft, and there isn't one other thing were you keep paying annual taxes on after you purchase.
This isn’t shocking. This is how the legal system works. The only way to avoid such a trial is for the prosecution not to bring the case to begin with. That’s the real problem here, not the judge. At least, the judge hasn’t shown himself to be a problem yet.
Self defense is an affirmative defense. The defendant bears the burden of establishing it. Probable cause for murder charges simply require a deceased, and a causal link between the death and the defendant. This guy admitted he fired his weapon. A guy turned up dead. Thus, here’s your probable cause.
The prosecutor should not ethically bring charges they don’t reasonably believe they will prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Though all that is truly required from an ethics standpoint is probable cause. And probable cause abounds here. The prosecutor should have never brought the case.
Every state needs Florida’s burden shifting laws where there is a hearing that the state must prove their case by clear and convincing evidence before even arresting the defendant.
Arguing the witness isn’t credible and there is conflicting evidence etc is guaranteed to not have a judge boot your case for lack of probable cause. Those are issues of fact. Issues of fact are for a jury to decide. Issues of fact are not decided before trial like this. When viewed in a light most favorable to the state, does the evidence support a finding of probable cause for the charges of homicide? Of course it does. Just because the state could never meet a “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard at a pre-trial hearing (and likely at trial, too) is not lawful grounds to dismiss charges.
I would love this guy’s lawyer to argue that the multiple centuries old self defense framework is unconstitutional. Because, according to SCOTUS, we have a new previously undeclared fundamental right to self defense outside the home with a firearm. This would be the ONLY fundamental right that has a presumption against its lawful exercise. And that can’t possibly be constitutional. Shitty SCOTUS reasoning has consequences, and this is one of those consequences. The up side is that they may have forced Florida’s framework on every state by doing this. Just need some good defense lawyers to raise this issue.
when border jumping scum have more rights than actual citizens this man is a hero set him free
Does this judge own any fake deeds from the Sinaloá Cartel?
against who?? the illegal family? arrest them at the court date
He should have gotten a medal, then an apology from our government, along with a check for the ammunition, and a few extra dollars for the inconvenience, if they were doing their job.
Any pedes in that area need to carpet all possible public and public facing spaces with information on jury nullification. Educate the jury pool.
Need more alleged:
Alleged Judge allegedly rules that alleged ranch owner allegedly will stand alleged trial for alleged shooting death of alleged illegal immigrant.
This is what Jury Nullification is was made for.
Probably bought and paid for by the cartel.
Where is the bullet? That's the only evidence needed. Unfortunately, AZ is a very corrupt place. Can't figure out why they put him in jail to begin with.
And let this be a lesson to you. If you find a dead body on your ranch, just leave it there.
New rule: no witnesses, keep the backhoe fueled up, always have a pallet of lye handy.
Freakin prosecutors changed the charges with no notice.
They changed them in a good direction, but defense had no time to prepare a rebuttal.
Not granting a continuance is the travesty here.
Check the judges deeds
I’m guessing he called 911 or something after shooting the illegal. He just incriminated himself in the eyes of a social justice commie warrior
the judge should be hung!
the tree needs to be watered
He needs to request a trial elsewhere as he can't get a fair trial from a bunch of sand.......
The cartel run state is prosecuting Americans. Evil.
