Needs to be severe consequences for that judge. Kyle should not be able to be sued over "wrongful death" when he was cleared of all charges related to those deaths already.
Huber's parents (the skater dude who took a shot square to the chest) are opening a civil case against the city, and the cops, which is going to obviously require testimony from Kyle. The lede is kind of buried.
He’s living in Texas know, they have a number of special protections there from civil lawsuit judgements. Guessing that’s one of the reasons he picked to move there. The kid’s not gonna be left destitute no matter what the result of the lawsuit is.
If this is the judge deciding Kyle’s fate, he’s fucked. Judge is Lynn Adelman, appointed by Bill Clinton in 1997. Notable cases in his history that stood out to me are Frank, et al vs Walker, in which he rules required ID to vote is a violation of the 14th Ammendment & St. Augustine School v. Evers in which he referenced Wikipedia articles in his decision (🤡🌎). He’s “outspoken” on voting rights to the point of penning articles criticizing SCOTUS and served 3 terms as a Democrat State Senator prior to being appointed a judge.
If it’s a jury trial then he’s got a good shot at beating it. During an interview with Nick Rekieta, Kyle revealed he has a dent in the back of his head from being hit with Huber’s skateboard.

How many people now have to worry about that pedophile running free?
Zero.
Which ironically is how much money they will win. Case closed.

Or a well funded leftard lawyer looking to make a name, or just pure spite
