you'd only need one or two inside guys in the USPS to pull this off. The mail sorting system is highly automated, with a bin or 2 or 3 of return-to-sender mail collected at one end. This could also happen over weeks if done right, so more bins like that wouldn't be suspicious. Those bins would just be rolled into a truck to be dropped off at a ballot filling in factory, ideally with illegal aliens who don't even know Engrish.

Most every ballot mailing involves a presort or discount rate of postage. To be able to mail at any discount rate, EACH address in the mailing MUST be processed with CASS certified software to ensure that each address in the mailing is a valid address. Bad zipcodes would have caused a CASS failure.
How did they get these mailings past the mail entry clerk? Or did they? Maybe they simply handed the mailing back to the person trying to enter it at the post office, and then they delivered it to the ballot marking person.
Also, everyone with informed delivery can see the face of their mail each day. Does anyone know if any of the people the ballots were directed to spotted any of these ballots in the sorting system? And if so, did them make it, or were they returned?

What's missing for me is specific evidence of what Valentines' proprietary system, pushed by his website, has accomplished. Maybe I'm reading in the wrong places, and missing it. Does anybody have better info than what Valentine supplies in this article?

Something struck me as off in Valentine’s article, so I read it again with antennas up. Valentine produced a well-written marketing piece. It may be sprinkled with useful info nuggets, but its apparent goal, via the link, is software sales.

In 2020 I got 4 mail in ballots, one of which was addressed to me. (and none were even the previous owner of the place, so whoever they were they lived there at least 10 years earlier). In 2022 I only got two, but neither were addressed to me.
