Oh they know, they just don't care as long as our govt throws them a bone with their bullshit liberal agenda.

Most people don’t care about truth but what opinions to have that keep them safe.

10
citizen667 10 points ago +10 / -0

That’s just an opinion you have to comfort yourself in the face of tyranny.

12
Neophilus 12 points ago +12 / -0

At least 80% of the population are willfully politically ignorant and just adopt the opinions they perceive as being popular

4
citizen667 4 points ago +4 / -0

This seems like facts because it has numbers and a percentage sign. Very comforting.

4
Isolated_Patriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's 62% actually, and has been repeated many times, while we all just witnessed it on a global scale with the coof:

https://igorchudov.substack.com/p/vaccine-skeptics-are-the-true-critical?s=r

62% of people will repeat something they KNOW is false if they perceive it to be the "expert opinion." Even Plato knew.

Now that's just the ones paying attention. I can buy another 18% choosing not to even pay attention in the first place.

1
citizen667 1 point ago +1 / -0

What were we talking about? 80% of the time, I only pay attention to 20% of the propaganda, because I already know how I feel and I am unlikely to change my mind.

War_Hamster 16 points ago +17 / -1

That agenda is about as far from "liberal" as possible, but your point still stands even using the flawed contemporary terminology. We are going to need a new word to describe this sick cult of authoritarian "wokeness".

16
Gadsden 16 points ago +16 / -0

Communism.

11
War_Hamster 11 points ago +12 / -1

There's certainly Marxist elements, but this is a very different version.

Personally, I think the oligarchs plan on lining up the commies and shooting them first after consolidating power.

10
Gadsden 10 points ago +10 / -0

That's certainly a possibility. It seems that the real goal is to completely consolidate all power, then wield it over a slave population the likes of which we've never seen.

7
War_Hamster 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yup, and they're not really hiding it anymore.

4
DrBJTester 4 points ago +4 / -0

Personally, I think the oligarchs plan on lining up the commies and shooting them first after consolidating power.

That's a good thought. It's part of the playbook people that are corrupt enough to overthrow the government they had can't be trusted so they need to be.... removed.

3
texas4ever 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's just a form of corrupt, evil tyranny. It has some elements of Marxism mixed in the pot but it's more than that.

-1

8
CmonGubMintGibMe 8 points ago +8 / -0

You're correct, it's far from liberal. I only used it because that's what they think it is, but you are correct, it's not classic liberalism, not even close.

8
War_Hamster 8 points ago +9 / -1

They sure do like to screw with the language, don't they.

I want to start taking the language back, which isn't easy when supposed "conservatives" think we're a "democracy".

5
Faulkner 5 points ago +5 / -0

Part of the blame for that worldview being called “liberal” belongs with William F. Buckley and his contemporaries. But when they started out, they were facing off against Hubert Humphrey and Nelson Rockefeller.

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +5 / -1

Good old Buckley, alumni of Skull & Bones.

Tells you all you need to know.

His brother the Senator, too.

1
NutPsaki 1 point ago +2 / -1

They sure do. They've screwed with it so much that when I point it out to people on here, even they jump down my throat, aggressively defending their use of terms like "people of color."

It is hard to navigate, and I sometimes unknowingly use their bullshit terminology too, but I do everything in my power to change and stop it. I guess some people are too stubborn to admit they fell for it...

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +2 / -1

Once we get people to start calling us a "republic" again, we'll then have to explain why that's not correct and that we are actually a Federal Republic.

The meanings matter, so we've got work to do.

1
DrBJTester 1 point ago +1 / -0

The only reason to remake language is to mislead people with it.

9
OneAngryPede 9 points ago +9 / -0

You know, I used to make fun of the participants of the Milgram experiment for being idiots with no free will.

One thing I never really considered is that maybe most people are just evil deep down. That, given permission, most people would be willing to split a stranger’s skull open for a Snickers. That the only thing stopping these people from murdering each other is the judgement and scorn from society. Given the rhetoric the mainstream media has used against us, it’s pretty telling where things are headed.

4
sordfysh 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's nihilism. It's post-modernism.

Essentially, people who have a little bit of critial thinking can see that the world is made up of stories. Some people see this and think that everything is just fake, then. They pick and choose the stories they think are the most shrewd, regardless if it's true. And they think everyone else does this, too.

But some stories are real and some are fake. They don't realize that if you pick fake stories, you will not get the results you seek. If you base your society in real stories, you get the results you seek.

The atheists of the boomer generation think that Christians are under a mass psychosis. The new atheists at least realize that the Christian morality is superior to all others, especially the boomer atheists. So new atheists at least try to fit in, thinking their disbelief will better equip them in the event when they need to personally abandon the Christian morality to save their own skin. But the Bible says that those who jump overboard to save their own skin will lose their lives.

Nonetheless, the nihilists are getting their due. But you must know that they are playing for keeps, so they will not concede their failures. They would rather go down in a blaze than in a whimper. Hence why they want you to fight them instead of just voting them out of office. So of course they'll rig the elections. Worst case is you are forced to fight them. Best case is that they get might, and might is right.

And might and right win wars.

Cuetardian 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sociopaths are everywhere. Some work on a larger scale than others, but they're everywhere. It's not surprising, considering how randomly humans reproduce.

Few give much thought to what sort of person they're actually with. All that matters most of the time is that they're hot to look at.

Sometimes resources matter, like money.

Rarely does character come into play.

Not surprising that we are swamped with narcissists and sociopaths. They tend to be good at hiding what they are until it's too late, and as I said most folks out there look for only the shallowest of attributes in a mate (either a short-term mate or a long-term mate.)

4

The grocery stores around me are low on variety and quantity of vegetables for over two months now. These are large chains that have been around since my childhood. My mother initially disregarded that we're being attacked by our own government and food shortages is one of their agendas. She also laughed at me for storing emergency food and filling a moderate section of her basement with it. She's changed her tune about it all now and is thankful I've prepared months of supplies for everyone despite being laughed at and receiving no help or reimbursement for anything. I'm also the only one who actively refused the injections and masks, but what do I know, right?

9
TakingBackCA 9 points ago +13 / -4

Which part of WWII are we discussing? That Pearl Harbor was a deliberate set up by Roosevelt to draw the US into war from isolationism? That there is no evidence of the “6 gorillion”? That the reason for Hitler’s rise to power was his hardline stance on the degeneracy of the transvestite pleasure houses of modern Babylon—Berlin?

5
IHaveEvidence 5 points ago +5 / -0

Berlin had become the central playground of the world's sodomites and whore mongers in the 1930s.

Kind of like America is now.

Pearl Harbor was the mother of false flags

Getting tired of the holocaust deniers though.

Ovens for cooking humans are kind of hard to ignore.

US Army film footage of bulldozers burying thousands of Jewish prisoner-slaves is even harder to explain away

1
TakingBackCA 1 point ago +2 / -1

Getting tired of the holocaust deniers though.

I don’t think any serious person contends it didn’t happen. There is evidence it occurred. Now, is there evidence 6 gorillion died? Not so much.

-4
Hunters10incher -4 points ago +1 / -5

How many do you suppose?

0
Geralt_of_Rivia1 0 points ago +1 / -1

Real numbers sit between 3-4 million total including non-jews (which were 40% of that), to get higher than that you need to do some really fucky math. Only about 2.2 million died between the death camps, go include labor camps and death squads and you get 1-2 million more.

0
FauciOuchi 0 points ago +0 / -0

Peale harbor wasn’t a false flag like they actually did it, they just lt the Japanese through and didn’t bother defending it

2
BunnyPicnic 2 points ago +4 / -2

All of it. I like your main points though. 6 gotillion was changed how many times?

What if the assaulting soviets killed all the prisoners and not the retreating Germans? The soviets were barbaric. They wouldn't just kill, they'd mangle and dismember.

-1
DrBJTester -1 points ago +1 / -2

It was probably 15-20 million the problem is they weren't all Jews, but the Nazis were able to discover other people that also need to become slave labor and die. When you look at the war deaths in whole, it really was a holocaust. TBF the Nazis did hate the Jews and blame them for a lot of things they did and didn't do. Some Jews were evil. But you could apply evil to any other ethnicity and find some people that fit the moniker.

BUTT if you look at what happened leading up to and after the war in Russia, China, south east Asia by the communist regimes. The Nazis were way better rocket designers than they were mass murderers when compared to the Communists!

The percentage of college-educated radical leftists that understand that probably isn't zero but it's close enough for government work. The path to totalitarian government starts at socialism and ends up Venezuela.

Geralt_of_Rivia1 0 points ago +1 / -1

You think 1 to 2 million people died in World War II?

0
Geralt_of_Rivia1 0 points ago +1 / -1

Most deaths in WWII were Chinese. Since when are the deaths in Manchuria called the Holocaust?

-1
DrBJTester -1 points ago +0 / -1

Was speaking of total deaths in World War II because it's somewhat reasonable to say the Germans were responsible for World War II starting even though they were led into it with the treaty of Versailles.

3

I grew up watching WW2 on the History channel and countless DVD docu's on it. Also read about 4 books on Nazi Germany. Even after all that I felt like I barely understood anything. I dont think that's on accident, fren.

1
FauciOuchi 1 point ago +1 / -0

I watched every show there for years as a kid. It never really made sense besides Germany invades France and Poland seemingly out of no where

1
try4gain 1 point ago +2 / -1

Ya WW2 history is really bizarrely incomplete. I now see that was intentional, not accidental. Not the result of the subject matter being to complicated. But just to obscure the whole story.

2
Gadsden 2 points ago +2 / -0

None, including you.

1
BunnyPicnic 1 point ago +3 / -2

Prior to about 4 years ago, you'd be correct. I only knew ww2 from saving private Ryan, public education, war video games, maybe some holocaust museum shit. But once you come to the realization that we are intentionally lied to about covid, Trump, border concentration camps, white privileged teens assaulting a native American, rittenhouse murdering black men, etc, etc, etc. Once you realize that, revise ww2. Wow

Did you know questioning the "accepted version of history" in Germany and other European countries can get you hefty fines or even prison.

I can post on any social media site that I don't believe oswald shot JFK, that I think the CIA was behind it. Nothing would happen. If I say the commies won the war, and everything we know about the "death" camps comes from commies, well excuse me for being suspicious. No Western allies liberated a camp east of Berlin, we never made it that far.

Reading documents from German officers doesn't mean it's truth. If you read what milley or maddog said about Trump, does that make it true simply because they were "conservative Americans"?

Who shut down the Nordstream 1 pipeline?

Why'd they do that?

-8
deleted -8 points ago +7 / -15
-2
ShampocalypseWOW -2 points ago +8 / -10

Biden looks bad, because of a comment made months ago. And not to defend him, but at the time the talk was about preventing Nordstream 2 from coming online, which the Germans did. So Biden was likely talking about getting them to do the same thing with Nordstream 1. Well, Russia started reducing it on their own and then stopped it. So it was done. The Germans also had been open about wanting to end all Russian gas imports as soon as possible (they wanted to complete the contracts). So there would be absolutely no need for the US to blow it up. It could have been a retard move by Biden, but I have to believe there are handlers who prevent shit like that. Also, the bombing was done in Danish waters. Absolutely no need for the US to blow it up there. The location of the blasts was also close to the new Norse-Polish pipeline, which officially opened that same day. So again, why would the US do it then and piss off 3 allies at once? But if Russia did, it would be sending a clear message and getting out of fulfilling its contracts with Germany.

But you're not allowed to think about these kinds of things on this site anymore. It's wrongthink.

ShampocalypseWOW -10 points ago +1 / -11

He shut down the only operational pipeline. So he had no leverage using the pipelines. Germany already said they would stop buying Russian gas after their contracts ended. So Russia knew their pipelines would be useless going forward.

Putin DID turn off the taps. Weeks before the explosions. You are living in a controlled information environment, a psy op.

Germany doesn't need Russian gas to get through the winter. They have enough stockpiled now even without taking new shipments from elsewhere, which they are also doing. Most other European countries do as well.

The only reason you think the US benefits from this is that you don't know a fucking thing about this issue because you are being manipluated by a Russian psy op and having information withheld from you.

As a third option, it's possible to not root for Russia, or Ukraine, be pro-America first, and also believe that the likelihood of the US being directly involved with NS 1/2's destruction, and believe that it was an incredibly stupid idea to do it.

Providing more escalation and fuel to a conflict the US has no business being involved in is contrary to the ideals of peace, and bringing the conflict to a sooner end, with less people having to die for private/corporate/national interests.

A co-worker pointed out another possibility: in order for people to see you as crazy and unpredictable, you have to do crazy and unpredictable things. Despite it making very little sense for Russia to give up the leverage the pipeline represents for future dealings, and the United States standing to gain the most from it blowing up, if Russia did it they seem unhinged right before moving a bunch of nukes close to Ukraine. Tactically, nuking your breadbasket makes zero sense. But if people think you're unhinged, those nukes are that much more threatening.

0
IAbsolutelyDare 0 points ago +2 / -2

but then I heard Putin's recent speech and he was gaslighting so hard that it threw a red flag.

That, plus the fact that the Putin bots were calling it an act of war between US and EU, an obvious attempt to disrupt the alliance.

That doesn't mean they did it, only that their bots were suspiciously quick to exploit it. And they haven't done much beyond that first lock-step reaction afaik.

Here's a fair-minded (though inconclusive) summary of the suspects:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YUxJbjAnU4Q

Personally I'm drifting toward non-state actors.

Where the hell's Greta? 🤔

1
BobDolesBanana 1 point ago +1 / -0

How do you know they were Putin's bots? Sometimes the situation is what it appears. In this case, circumstantial evidence and prior testimonies have strongly implicated one state actor: the US. Have you considered the possibility that the USA does not want a strong united Europe to interfere with American hegemonic influence? Destroying the pipeline allows the United States to maintain its influence over Europe while removing Russia's main bargaining tool. So who do you think blew up the pipeline once Russia begins repairing it???

-1
ShampocalypseWOW -1 points ago +5 / -6

An argument I saw yesterday put it in perspective perfectly: people hate losing way more than they like winning. So people who are losing a fight are much more likely to take risks than people who are winning. So if the US and West believe they are winning, and they do, why would they take such a risk of escalating the conflict? Blowing up a pipeline could be seen as an overt act of war. Would the US not take other measures first? We are currently holding off giving Ukraine the ATACMS missiles for the HIMARS because they're much more powerful and could be used to hit bases in Russia and deal serious damage. If the US is unwilling to take that risk, which is only a small jump from the regular HIMARS missiles they've already given them, why would it jump to overt acts of war? Conversely, if Russia believes they are losing or may lose, and they do, would they not keep taking greater and greater risks to help their cause? Obviously the ultimate risk would be to use nukes. They are openly talking about it. So doesn't it make sense that they would try everything else up to that point first? A false flag against a now defunct couple of pipelines is pretty reasonable compared to using nukes. The damage they take from the pipelines is little if any. The damage theh take from using nukes is incalculable.

It makes no sense to spread out such an operation.

For me, it’s the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, “Wow, three for free!” and the nice friendly McDonald’s worker laughed and said, “I’m going to call you 3-for-free!”.

Now the staff greets me with “hey it’s 3-for-free!” and ALWAYS give me three packets. It’s such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald’s restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I’m in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it’s delicious! What a great restaurant.
