no, it's proof that Mormons in Utah will do whatever they think the Mormon culture wants. And the think the Mormon culture wanted them to vote for Romney. They'll probably re-elect him too, because the corruption runs just as deep in the Mormon church and Utah as it does EVERYWHERE else.

Mormonism is a helluva drug

32
TommyJarvis 32 points ago +35 / -3

His bullshit has nothing to do with Mormonism or religion at all. He’s a political elite swamp creature. He wears Mormonism as an accessory.

What drives him to be a corrupt politician is the same thing that drives Nancy Pelosi, an insatiable thirst for power and money, and a disregard for any concept of ethics or principles.

11
CaptainSassyPants 11 points ago +13 / -2

Exactly. Following the logic of the posters above, Catholics are all corrupt idiots too. Hell, their Pope had crosses removed at an event as to not offend Muslims. Rotten from the top down.

6
TommyJarvis 6 points ago +12 / -6

Mormonism is an easy target, because they do behave like a cult in some ways, like how they make people ostracize family members who stop tithing, and how they aggressively sue anyone and everyone. There are a lot of functional similarities to Scientology in that regard, and that’s some evil cult shit.

I knew a girl when I was in high school who was a Mormon and I really liked her. She was cool and pretty and she liked the same “alternative” music I did (The Cure, The Smiths, Bauhaus, etc) and we started getting closer and one day she just cut me off and told me tearfully her church elders were making her stop being my friend because I wasn’t a Mormon and I was therefore a corrupting influence on her. From that point on she would pass by me in the hall at school and just pretend I wasn’t there.

Jimmyprawns 3 points ago +3 / -0

That shit is real, wild and hard to believe even when you watch it happen to yourself. It's a helluva gaslight. Its a perfect example of the emphasis that club puts on obedience as opposed to principle. That fact membership will do that sort of thing at the behest of a lay clergy that is merely larping as bishop or whatever other title they happen to be temporarily holding at the moment... Mind-blowing.

The behavior carries over into other contexts as well. Mindless drone who just follows orders from the bishop on Sunday will be every bit the thoughtless drone at work come Monday morning. Saying yes to everyone and no to no one.

Mittens has no principles, only demonstrated loyalty and obedience to his political masters while on the clock. That is where he demonstrates consistency. He's never been his own man and has always been at the mercy of some twerp demanding to be obeyed.

Well when "FOLLOW THE PROPHET, FOLLOW THE PROPHET, FOLLOW THE PROPHET, DON'T GO ASTRAY" is hammered into childrens' heads every Sunday.... it's not hard to understand why the church has such a follow-authority-without-critical thought-problem.

1
Walt_Kowalski 1 point ago +5 / -4

They ARE a cult in the sense that they claim to be Christian but don't follow a plain reading of the Bible on essential topics like the nature of God and Jesus, and add extra-Biblical "revelations."

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +3 / -2

The book of mormon has some pretty wild stuff in it. I recall reading something about God telling them to build another Ark and they asked God "How will we have any air or light?" and God told them to build it with a big hole in the top for light to get in. And they asked him "How will we be able to get any water?" and God told them to put a hole in the bottom of the boat.

Not to say there's not some things in the Old Testament that make you scratch your head, but this one in the book of mormon is a whopper.

6
Prussian_Pepe 6 points ago +7 / -1

Well they did have 3 wars against the US, and tried to take over the state of Illinois in a military coup via their armed cultist. Joseph Smith was trying to pull a warlord Muhammad. His ultimate goal was to take over the US and make his own cult-controlled government. The magic stones in his magic hat, and the golden plates from the angel Moroni told him it was a good thing!

And going back to your high school experience. I had a cousin who married one. The wedding reception had no music, no alcohol. My uncle (the cousins grand father) was in his 80's and couldn't understand what the hell was going on as there was no celebration. Some from our side snuck in some wine, and the cultist just gave them death glares all night. Real fun, stable group. Very clear why they like Mittens. Also if you've ever been to Salt Lake City, you would understand too, their "zion" is the cat's meow....

Edited to add. Also if you Mormons are gonna flaunt your anti-alcohol rules. Jesus drank wine. In fact his first miracle written was turning water into wine, FOR A WEDDING! That predates Smith "Moroni" account of all the things that happened in his "2nd run" in America...

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +2 / -1

Sure, and I'm not defending them at all. I'm saying the behave like a cult.

Southern Baptists also have some folks that are anti-dancing, anti-alcohol, anti any non devotional music. I grew up in that shit. It was a lot more prevalent in the 70s, with the push back against like "devil music" etc. I think that attitude among southern baptists has subsided quite a bit since then.

Hell Baylor University didn't allow dancing on campus until some time in the 80s, right?

Joe Smith was a con man, who during his travels noticed that nearly everyone in America knew how to read, owned a few books and got the local paper. The one book everyone had was the bible. He figured a good way to write a best seller was to make up a sequal. He included a lot of gibberish intentionally related to Egyptian archeological finds and newly discovered tribes in south America and the Pacific that were making the papers on a regular basis during that time. Mix in a bit of lore surounding native American burial mounds and other campfire legends and wammo. The writing style also resembles that of a teenager trying to mimic biblical prose, the classics, old english and being terrible at all of it.

The church itself formed as a kind of starwars type fandom that materialized around the book and sought out the author for further enlightenment and revelation of secret and powerful knowledge. Not one to refuse other people's money, joe Smitty adapted, branded himself as a prophet set himself up as leader of a kind of communist sex cult and before anyone knew it, had a pretty big following on the Missouri frontier.

He got killed during an attempted jail break. Funny business with local married women, and underaged girls got him cross with the locals. As well as ongoing efforts to buy up the whole town with money and assets consigned to him by wealthy widows and whatnot who came to join his club and find the meaning of life. Initially, to join, one had to consign all personal property to joe Smitty who promised to act as steward and ensure that the needs of all members would be appropriately met.

After the fatal jailbreak that was later rebranded as the 'martyrdom of Joseph smith', members of his inner entourage picked up the baton and carried it to the 'mormon territory' ultimately head quartered in salt lake. Initially including parts of Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho.

The pattern of 'revelation' continued as newly appointed leaders would again be given visions and other cues summarily categorized as revelations granted to the chosen ones by God himself. This was used to convince followers that God was continually changing his mind about stuff and communicating exclusively to church leaders with revelations. More or less making them modern day prophets to be followed and obeyed unquestioningly.

To this day, the upper echelons of the LDS social ladder convene on the regular at annual conferences to hear from top tier leadership the latest commandments handed down by God himself.

There is an odd self awareness among members that it's wild stuff. They generally won't share it until you've joined and been in the club long enough to be stuck. Much of the recruiting and subsequent entanglement process resembles that of a 1%er motorcycle club.

Utah itself didn't get statehood untill it relented after a long battle and gave up polygamy... Officially. There are still splinter sects who practice as well as full blown polygamous communes in rural areas. Particularly where state lines and topography complicate law enforcement investigations and legal proceedings.

The polygamists will often keep their women in seperate houses. They basically live as single unmarried welfare moms each with a hoard of kids. Their marriages aren't legal and are generally kept as open secrets. The man enjoys sexual monopoly over his brood but does little to support them. In fact, they are expected to kick up what they can scrounge to him.

Often welfare and other state and fed benefits are claimed by the women, who on paper are single mothers with many kids. The men take the money and any earnings from side hustles the women kick up and redistribute according to 'need'. They often retain a lions share for their own personal use.

Barter is big, because it doesn't show on paper or present easily in court. Assets are placed in the names of women and offspring who can be easily controlled. They way pimps do.

The multiple wives are exploited as means of production. They are not allowed to be burdens. The daughters are viewed as future assets, the sons a potential threat, as they will eventually grow up and become competition. Never mind a brother's tendency toward protection of a sister.

The men live largely like bachelors. They visit their wives the way a plate spinning man would visit one girlfriend in his collection. The women are aquired, hoarded and sometimes traded. Spend a night here, spend a night there. Imagine 5 or six houses scattered about, where one can stop by, have dinner made and fed to them like a rare and honored guest. Share a bed with a woman and disappear the next morning after collecting his money. Even in the cities one can find rows of houses with one fence around all of them. The neighbors perpetually confused as to which kid lives in what house or belongs to which woman.

These things sometimes get broken up, usually because of welfare fraud charges or tax evasion, sometimes as a result of sex crimes investigations (pedos gonna pedo.) In every case, sorting out which kid is whose becomes a big dna science project, often yielding unexpected and surprising implications.

The majority of LDS folks aren't participants in this truly twisted stuff and find it to be abhorrent same as anyone else. But like so many Democrats, they just can't process the possibility of pedos and other sickos having played a founding role and in some cases, continued presence.

It's basically everything feminists accuse patriarchy or anything traditional of being. But like any hollywood sex cult, many a feminist and self avowed independent wahman has fallen into it. They are drawn to it like any other communist social engineering project.

if you want further craziness read the Book of Abraham. then read it's origin story and the disproving info about it. And the temple ceremonies ties to Masonry

1
cryogen 1 point ago +1 / -0

Actually their reading is far more plain than those of main-line Christians. A plain reading invalidates any Trinity doctrine.

2
Walt_Kowalski 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, you are dead wrong. Without arguing for the overwhelming evidence of a triune God from the Bible, I can prove that Mormonism is not Biblical. One example – Mormonism teaches that Jesus is the spirit brother of Satan, and if you want another example, it also teaches that God was once human. I could go on. Give it a rest, Mormonism is a cult.

2
anotherthing 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not only was God once human, but there are many "Gods", each with their own planets. In fact, if you're a righteous enough Mormon, you too can become a "God" of your own planet. This is the "meat" of their teachings, something you won't be told until you're deep within the church. When they're trying to convert you, they only give you the "milk" teachings. The further you are in the cult, the crazier the shit is that they teach you.

Mormons also have sessions where they get everyone of an age group in a room together for "affirmations" once you're in the church. One starts with, "I know the teachings of Joseph Smith are true" and then that person tells a story from their personal life which connects with the statement. They then go around the room in suit. It's a type of peer pressure in to believing. It's very much brainwashing. Before you're in the church, they ask you if you believe in the teachings of Joseph Smith. If you say you have doubts, but are still on the hook, they point to things you may not have completely given up yet, like smoking, or coffee, or soft drinks, or alcohol and so on. You're asked to change your life in order to "see the truth". Never mind that Jesus clearly drank wine, no alcohol permitted. Not just don't drink to excess, none at all. Same with coffee, tea, soft drinks, and so on. The entire point of the vestments is conform to a clothing standard. No sleeves to short, no open collars, no shorts too short or skirts too short, and so on.

1
cryogen 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's not particularly surprising that they view Satan as a fallen angel. Oh, and according to them everyone -- all humans -- are "spirit brothers and sisters" of Jesus, so the fact that Satan was also is, again, not really a gotcha.

The interpretation that "God was once human" is believed by some, but is not official canon. The official canon leaves open the possibility, in some sense -- a relevant quote is: "“As man now is, God once was; as God now is, man may be." What precisely this means is open to interpretation (the "as" is ambiguous). Most I've talked to who accept such an idea would say they're talking about outside of our own time, our universe, and therefore far beyond our own comprehension, so it's a sort of mysterian and/or mythical origin that establishes, quite consciously, an infinite regress; that, essentially, the spirit meta-reality is infinite and eternal, universes and gods/goddesses without end or beginning.

You can call Mormonism a cult if you want but, frankly, their beliefs make more sense than those of a lot of Christian denominations. And this is coming from an ex-Mormon going on 10 years+.

And, most definitely, the so-called "Trinity" does not exist in the Bible, is never referred to, and cannot even be deduced by plain reading. It requires outside doctrines such as those established by Catholic Fathers. It is also, quite simply, ludicrous.

that's not the whole story tho. He was able to join the Masons because of his new prestige as a leader of a church. He used what he learned in Masonry to form his temple ceremonies. I don't think the Masons liked him much, and might have kicked him out, and i think Smith was salty and so formed his own version of it.

People's experiences with Mormons varies vastly depending on where they are. I could definitely see that happening if your friend was in Utah, Arizona, or California. If you move eastward say to the midwest, the Mormons are much more down to earth and less culty.

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +2 / -1

This was in Texas.

1
MagaKag45x2 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's surprising to me. It sounds like you got one with crazy strict orthodox parents. I was never told I couldn't be friends with someone because they weren't Mormon. I wouldnt have had any friends bc i could count on one hand how many Mormons were in my school. But like other posters said, it depends on the family and location. The church places very high value on your agency here on earth-some families just interpret that differently. Kinda like how there are different types of moms-ones who will only breastfeed, ones who use formula, one who only use cloth diapers, etc. There are Mormons who think drinking beer is acceptable and others who won't even eat chocolate because it has caffeine in it (caffeine isn't even against our religion, I don't know why that is still a thing). Anyway, not trying to say you're wrong or anything just saying there is definitely a spectrum.

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not defending her "elders" here, but I think it had to do with her being into the doom and gloom alternative stuff in the 80s, it tended to be dark music and the boomers were put off by The Cure in particular back then. I don't think they were savvy enough to get what like Bauhaus and Siouxsie and the Banshees was about, but The Cure was well known enough and Robert Smith was a makeup wearing faggot who danced around like he was on drugs all the time (because he WAS on drugs).

So in all likelihood her parents heard what music she was listening to and got upset and went to the church to try to get her to swear off all her friends that they thought were getting her into that, although she actually turned me on to some stuff I hadn't heard. She was an otherwise normal looking girl, not like a goth kid and she didn't smoke or anything.

1
Jimmyprawns 1 point ago +1 / -0

less culty

True, but when the elders jerk a leash, no matter where the followers are, be it in the promised land or out in a forgotten colony, no matter what the issue, they always come to heel. No matter what the personal cost. Especially in matters of marriage, reproduction, or even just potential reproduction.

Many women don't realize they belong to a kind of breeding program until they get caught fraternizing with gentiles and learn the hard way who really holds the leash and the power.

A dog doesn't know its tied to a tree untill it tries to leave the yard and gets jerked by the neck. The girl in that story was probably every bit as surprised frustrated and confused by the situation. But, she none the less obeyed and came to heel.

2
MagaKag45x2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Part of that is definitely true. But there is emphasis on free agency and receiving your own personal revelation. We are asked to personally pray to know if certain things are true. There are things that the leaders have said that I've been like "Meh, I don't agree with that and I don't think God cares so much about that"and not done it. But it took a long time for me to get there because of the way it was presented. Hopefully that makes sense. I don't get offended when people say it's a cult because from the outside looking in its hard to understand the reason behind why they do what they do.

I don't feel like it's a breeding program. I had the amount of kids I wanted and now am on birth control and don't feel like it's wrong or anything. But that is your opinion and that is the great thing about our country is that everyone is entitled to that (at the moment until creepy Biden ruins that too).

0
247MAGA 0 points ago +1 / -1

It also varies between families. Just like other religions, there are mormons who follow the rules differently. Some still avoid caffeine (even in sodas), some avoid all "earthly music, others watch tv on Sundays and dance and all that. I've seen great variation between families in my time as a Mormon (7th generation, I learned the truth 9 years ago or so)

"Plan of Salvation In the premortal existence, Heavenly Father prepared a plan to enable us to become like Him and receive a fulness of joy. The scriptures refer to this plan as “the plan of salvation” (Alma 24:14; Moses 6:62), “the great plan of happiness” (Alma 42:8), “the plan of redemption” (Jacob 6:8; Alma 12:30), and “the plan of mercy” (Alma 42:15).

The plan of salvation is the fulness of the gospel. It includes the Creation, the Fall, the Atonement of Jesus Christ, and all the laws, ordinances, and doctrines of the gospel. Moral agency, the ability to choose and act for ourselves, is also essential in Heavenly Father’s plan. Because of this plan, we can be perfected through the Atonement, receive a fulness of joy, and live forever in the presence of God. Our family relationships can last throughout the eternities.

You are a participant in Heavenly Father’s plan, and your eternal experience can be divided into three main parts: premortal life, mortal life, and life after death. As you come to understand the plan, you find answers to questions asked by so many: Where did we come from? Why are we here? Where do we go after this life?

Premortal Life Before you were born on the earth, you lived in the presence of your Heavenly Father as one of His spirit children. In this premortal existence, you attended a council with Heavenly Father’s other spirit children. At that council, Heavenly Father presented His great plan of happiness (see Abraham 3:22–26).

In harmony with the plan of happiness, the premortal Jesus Christ, the Firstborn Son of the Father in the spirit, covenanted to be the Savior (see Moses 4:2; Abraham 3:27). Those who followed Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ were permitted to come to the earth to experience mortality and progress toward eternal life. Lucifer, another spirit son of God, rebelled against the plan and “sought to destroy the agency of man” (Moses 4:3). He became Satan, and he and his followers were cast out of heaven and denied the privileges of receiving a physical body and experiencing mortality (see Moses 4:4; Abraham 3:27–28).

Throughout your premortal life, you developed your identity and increased your spiritual capabilities. Blessed with the gift of agency, you made important decisions, such as the decision to follow Heavenly Father’s plan. These decisions affected your life then and now. You grew in intelligence and learned to love the truth, and you prepared to come to the earth, where you could continue to progress.

Mortal Life You are now experiencing mortal life. Your spirit is united with your body, giving you opportunities to grow and develop in ways that were not possible in your premortal life. This part of your existence is a time of learning in which you can prove yourself, choose to come unto Christ, and prepare to be worthy of eternal life. It is also a time when you can help others find the truth and gain a testimony of the plan of salvation.

Life after Death When you die, your spirit will enter the spirit world and await the resurrection. At the time of the resurrection, your spirit and body will reunite, and you will be judged and received into a kingdom of glory. The glory you inherit will depend on the depth of your conversion and your obedience to the Lord’s commandments (see “Kingdoms of Glory,” pages 92–95). It will depend on the manner in which you have “received the testimony of Jesus” (D&C 76:51; see also 76:74, 79, 101).

Blessings through Knowledge of the Plan A testimony of the plan of salvation can give you hope and purpose as you wrestle with the challenges of life. You can find reassurance in the knowledge that you are a child of God and that you lived in His presence before you were born on the earth. You can find meaning in your present life, knowing that your actions during mortality influence your eternal destiny. With this knowledge, you can base important decisions on eternal truths rather than on the changing circumstances of life. You can continually improve your relationship with family members, rejoicing in the promise that your family can be eternal. You can find joy in your testimony of the Atonement and the Lord’s commandments, ordinances, covenants, and doctrines, knowing that “he who doeth the works of righteousness shall receive his reward, even peace in this world, and eternal life in the world to come” (D&C 59:23)."

Romney voted to impeach Donald Trump TWICE for:

a) a Russian collusion hoax that everyone has accepted now had no evidence to support it and was fabricated by the Clinton campaign, who DID collude with Russia in the making of it.

b) a polite phone call to Ukraine's president in which no "quid pro quo" was ever shown, asking him to investigate Biden's own admitted corrupt quid pro quo in the firing of a state prosecutor investigating the company paying his son (and thus himself).

He did this because it was supposedly his heartfelt belief that Trump's "crimes" were "extreme" enough to warrant removal from office.

Romney has NOT so far said a single word of condemnation for Joe Biden despite the Hunter Biden laptop being proven authentic OR the above stated admitted quid pro quo corruption.

That's what a piece of shit Romney is. I hope future generations will know the name Romney the same way we today know the name Benedict Arnold, and comparing the two almost feels like an insult to Arnold.

I'm a Latter-Day Saint (Mormon) but I've never voted for Romney. My mentor has so I can give you his logic on his behalf to try to answer the question.

For a lot of people in the church it was exciting that someone of good moral character (I know Romney isn't, but people thought he was) and was also a Latter-Day Saint that could become POTUS was very exciting. On top of that, most of the church is right leaning and was very anti-Obama. Obviously that gave Romney momentum even after losing the presidential election.

People vote for him currently because they don't understand modern politics. Trump changed the game and a lot of Gen-X and Boomer republicans haven't understood this change. There is a "peacemaker" culture in the LDS church and some believe that being against Trump's moral character allows you to walk the middle and get along with both. We know better that this doesn't work (it is also wrong) because Trump is constantly smeared in the media and leftists will hate you no matter what you say or do.

Basically, we have a lot of people living in the past that do not know how to adapt. However, there has been a steady shift in things related to the church and how members vote, even my mentor knows that Romney is on his way out and has committed political suicide. Please don't feel like the church is anti-Trump or anti-America First. They are a strong ally that will get rid of mittens and keep Utah red.

"Peacemakers"? One cannot make peace between the decent and the degenerate, because one of them is not acting in good faith.

"Basically, we have a lot of people living in the past that do not know how to adapt."

Well, they need to snap out of it and think about the future. They need to think about their children.

If we keep electing Massachusetts Republicans, we're going to turn Utah into Massachusetts. We're going to turn America into Massachusetts. Utah needs to take a good hard look at Massachusetts and decide if that is what they want. Because that's the direction we're going. We're going to Massachusetts. And it sucks there. Really sucks. You won't like it.

This is not some nobody. This guy ran for president twice. The man is a Massachusetts Republican - way to the left of normal people. And WAY to the left of decent people and every single Mormon I've ever met. One good clear look at what Willard did as governor of Massachusetts and as senator for Utah, is all it takes to know that voting for Romney is not walking the middle. Not even close. Romney is a pro-abortion, raise taxes fees, anti-gun, authoritarian leftist pretending to be something else. He clearly doesn't have America's or Utah's best future in mind when he acts as senator. He lies about who he is, and happily votes however his employer tells him to. He's controlled. He works for someone. Not for the people of Utah. Willful blindness or ignorance, whether intentional or too stupid to see thru the lies and bullshit, anyone who votes for Romney is voting for evil. Maybe it's the distance between Utah and Massachusetts that makes it hard to see. Maybe it's the time that's gone by since he was governor. But do you want your children to grow up in Massachusetts? You don't.

What has he done for Utah? What has he done for America? On the most important votes, Romney votes with the Democrats. With the craziest of leftists. With Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). With Ed Markey (D-MA). Because deep down, that's who he is. Do the good people of Utah know Elizabeth Warren? Do they know Ed Markey? Would the good people of Utah ever vote for Elizabeth Warren or Ed Markey? No? But that's who they got. On the most important votes, the critical votes, the senator from Utah votes the way that Chuck Schumer (D-NY) wants him to vote, with Markey and Pocahontas. Utah, you're turning the country into Massachusetts. Get it together. He lied to you, but now you know. You elected a leftist. Now you know better. Vote that guy out and elect a real conservative. Or even just someone who is actually in the middle, but get rid of the leftist.

Likely nobody has been able to primary his faggot ass so he’s running against democrat straw man candidates.

3
Kolob 3 points ago +3 / -0

We may have Sean Reyes run against him, he is not up for reelection yet. Sean is our AG and took a leave of absence and spent his own money to try to expose the election fraud

Never forget that Mittens was the Fox News crowd's nominee of choice in 2012. They're personally responsible for giving us that nightmare of a candidate. They actively ran a smear campaign against Ron Paul so they could shove a globalist establishmentarian candidate down our throats. And they're even worse today by the way.

Remember that the next time the idiot slumlord Sean Hannity is spewing platitudes about not letting your heart be troubled

6
South_Florida_Guy [S] 6 points ago +7 / -1

Hannity could poof out of existence right now and I wouldn't even notice.

3
Kolob 3 points ago +3 / -0

They also rigged primaries against Ron Paul

FreedomFromGovt 2 points ago +2 / -0

And, more specifically, he's the creature of Karl Rove, who tried to ram that shit sandwich down our throats like we were the same kind of brainless drones the DNC controls. That was the last time I ever donated to the GOP. I will never again send them money. I still fume in rage every time I think about that POS...and Rove is STILL on Fox, fucking with the right wing and Romney is still in the GOP, doing the same.

I wish there was something even stronger... since calling Mitt a piece of shit is not strong enough.
When I was a kid, I toured a large commercial chicken farm, and went into their largest chicken housing/building on a hot July day .... the smell of 'chicken shit' was unbelievably overwhelming, and I can still smell-remember it to this day ! Mitt is like this.

Some of you may be surprised..

Mormon here, never voted for Mitt, not for president either. I work with the PGR who oppose the Westboro Baptist Church and support military families. During his election in Utah he had to go to the signature method of getting on the ballot because he could not persuade the delegates to vote for him. The press was all in for him because he "saved the Olympics". Huge numbers are angry because they had no idea he would be so awful. The state press fawns over him non spot because they are all liberals. The funniest was when he tried to wear jeans to appear like a working man when campaigning.

Now he is for medical marijuana because Utahnss support it

Can we finally kick this guy out of the party? He's not a republican.

Watch what happens when republicans take over and hopefully impeach Biden and Harris. I think he would vote against removal in the senate, probably because he's also implicated with his kids with foreign oil companies.

3
Pats5x 3 points ago +3 / -0

and to think this guy was the Republican nominee for POTUS

Support for abortion is grounds for excommunication. By his own words, he's no Mormon.

Remember that weird Moron cult in Mexico - the one involved in a shoot out with a drug cartel? Mitt Romneys Dad was born there and his grandfather was one of the founders.

True story.

BurtMcGirt 2 points ago +2 / -0

C'mon man. We don't need to go that far. A piece of shit could fertilize the ground or spread seeds. A piece of shit is much more useful, and doesn't deserve to be compared with Mitt Romney.
