- Heroin is Schedule I drug that is Federally regulated
- "Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse."
New York is openly breaking Federal Law.
New York is openly breaking Federal Law.
Sanctuary Cities been breaking the law how long?
Shit, when did heroin become Schedule I? It used to be schedule 2 with cocaine
1961
No no they are merely facilitating a center for the proper use of schedule 1 substances. We are never gonna help these people without encouraging them to OD in a safe place to make the bodies easier to clean up. Cmon man!
I believe Oregon just ended ALL serious illicit Drug laws.... so everything is 'legal' in Oregon, minus a 100 dollar fine for some drugs/amounts.

How is this even possible since it is Federally regulated?
The FBI is not going to arrest some street thug passing out drugs to 7th graders in some city in Oreeeegon.....
They just aren't.
Yea been a while ago. You can have pretty much anything and not go to jail. You have to sign a ticket on the spot tho pleading guilty with no appeal tho.
Other states give out needles...
How about we crack down on this degeneracy, instead of promoting it
Needles themselves aren't a scheduled narcotic (but what goes in them most likely is).
We are living in the Twilight Zone.
My point is, both cases are promoting this degeneracy, by our government. We should be attacking it, not promoting it.
Me: Not disagreeing with you.
Is there anything you and I, both advocates for ending this degeneracy, can do about our governments promoting this?
Anything other than sit here and bitch about it to each other?
The vast majority of us are asking the same question.
Short of voting (LOL for whatever that is worth now), contacting our representatives, or voting on legit polls.... there is nothing we can do.
because its BYOH they arent providing it to the druggies
so what. it's called nullification. other states do it with gun rights. dem states do it with drugs. the federal gov't has no constitutional authority to regulate drugs. so it's left to the states. if nullification didn't work, feds would be raiding pot farms all over oregon, washington, california, and every other state that's legalized the manufacture and sale of weed.
