"This is the video the defense received DROPBOXED from the prosecution" WATCH as the prosecution tries to back peddal by saying "its just playing weird"
(Robert) Barnes, (towards the end) in yesterday's (2021-11-16) Rekeita Law streaming mentioned the general abandonment of the court process of establishing probable cause at the beginning of cases - noting that the process puts the prosecution most at risk in that: if probable cause is not established, there is no crime that can be charged.
No, you don't get it, they have video footage of all riots, in HD, they could identify each and every one of those rioters, murderers, but they refuse to even provide the evidence, but when its a right-winger being charged they come out with drone footage, only given to the prosecution, and if its useful they release it to the defense in a lower resolution, this is how the Soviets would deal with video evidence during the Iron Curtain years.
I think there’s a subtle difference. The first Pede is referring to incompetence while the second is claiming to corruption. I happen to agree with the latter.
It's more raw proof that the riots are to bait conservative-minded people to respond and then use thier response in the MSM, out of context, as provocation..
Yeah don't take the bait. Instead stay at home and keep making memes on your off days from work if you haven't been fired for not getting the mystery jab until election day and vote for a Republican candidate that promises this time for real if elected it will only take 2 more years to fix the mess them darn democrats made.
At the very least, they're clearly after anything but an acquittal. Clear ethics violations for a prosecutor. They're only role is to find to the truth and seek justice for that truth.
Even with their closing statements they weren't after the truth. It's pretty odd when a prosecution is arguing hypothetical situations to bring in reasonable doubt. That's usually what a defense might do.
My argument is giving them every benefit of the doubt too, something they definitely don't deserve.
I can't believe I'm watching this. The body language is fantastic. The judge likes Kyle. He keeps his distance and is professional but you can see when he's explaining things to him he's talking to him like a younger distant relative. That's good news for sentencing, at least.
Richard's clearly dislikes Fatlock and Binger. I don't think it was a tactic when he stood up and called the men liars. The man is on a mission.
Fatlock and Binger look defeated. Even if the CIA has infiltrated and kangaroo'd the entire jury those two know they fucked up.
Judge Cookie just cracks me up. Man I hope he does the right thing I don't want to stop loving that guy. He makes me wish I had gotten into practicing law. I seriously downloaded the cookie book he was reading and everything. Some legit cookies in there! I mean I was actually taken back a bit at the recipes, like, holy shit that sound delicious - I am making a batch of these.
I think this portion, when Kyle was standing behind the judge and everyone was casually wandering around, was where someone (another lawyer or judge) said that was totally unheard of at a murder trial. Normally, the defendant would not be allowed near the judge, definitely wouldn't stand right behind him. It shows no one in that room has any fear of Kyle, they all know very well they're in no danger and he's not a murderer.
Not necessarily. If the judge dismisses it without prejudice, the DA can force Kyle through this again. It will give them more time to manufacture evidence and influence witnesses.
I just can't believe it. It makes no sense, unless they're throwing the case on purpose. Like bicep boy went rogue and fucked them, so they threw the whole thing to get another chance at it. It would be one thing if the defense called out the two different versions and Binger just denied it, but he admitted it. In court, in front of a judge.
Yep, and furthermore, they had the state "expert" spend 20 hours crafting the zoomed image from the degraded video.
This along with the other issues in the motion to dismiss show beyond any doubt the intentional fraud from the prosecution. But, I doubt the judge will have the guts to make the right decision. Hope I'm wrong, really hope I'm wrong.
Either have the same effect. A not guilty verdict may keep the facade of a “working justice system” to the lunatics but at this point does it really matter?
Mistrial with prejudice lets the jury off the hook for future marxist intimidation for them and their families. The judge is on the hook in either case.
The video file that was sent to the prosecution was intentionally compressed. This was done in bad faith. Now whether or not the PROSECUTION compressed it, or a third party, that's another thing entirely.
When I was a kid I made menus for restaurants. The shitty kind with ads in the sides you see at small diners. If I sent out my proofs for the photo rework I did compressed and blurry they would have fired me.
Fatlock essentially admitted that it was no accident. Why didn't he make that comment when the judge was deciding whether or not to let the doctored photo into evidence? Judge made them show it so many times. Said it was just a blob. Prosecutors knew the whole time.
Hear me out. I have to send video files for work occasionally and with some services, it will tell you it won't send without compressing the file. If they had some clerk at the office send it and he sees two options, don't send or compress, he picks compress to get it sent like he was told. Probably too new to realize the trouble that would cause.
In the context of all the other shit the prosecution has pulled, I agree that it was probably intentional. But it's certainly rational that it could have been accidental.
Considering the prosecution is required to disclose its evidence to the defense, I’m sure they have a better way to share files than through email with a 20mb limit.
That's exactly what he asked and both prosecution and defense confirmed. For context they started off watching the defense's version and that is why Fatlock said "our version is better".
"Mistrial with prejudice" can be made to sound suspicious to someone stupid, whereas with "Innocent of all charges" there's no room to spin it. Plus they get to drag Kyle through it again.
Well there's the problem. The prosecutors are trying to get a mistrial but being completely useless are going to screw it up and get the poor kid convicted.
Look at the body language and mannerisms of these rats. The fat rat staring at the judge, trying to show confidence, then never looking at him directly again(except when spoken too). The rat-faced fuck twiddling with his pointer stick, then fleeing from the sight of the judge.
Side note: Kyle and the Judge seem to be equally interested in this clearer footage also.
I don't use FPS because too many people I talked to online confused it with First Person Shooter instead of Frames per second. I'll try using Hz more since I did not think it was the same thing.
This wasn't the FBI footage, I'm pretty sure this was a private company. But your point still stands regardless of who brought the footage. Obviously the FBI had better quality footage, they admitted to it but say they lost it
If it's the drone company's footage it should be obvious they're going to have high quality footage too, that's the point of buying those things. So it should have been questioned immediately
What's really going to bake your noddle later on is...
Why were neither of the Ziminski's subpoenaed to testify at Kyle's trial?
Why was Binger also selected to prosecute the Ziminski's?
Out of all of the rioters why were the Ziminski's the only ones we know of who were known to be armed? (other than Gauge)
Why is Joshua Ziminski often seen pictured or in video nearby the likes of Rosenbaum?
Why did the Ziminski's fire "warning shots" moments before Kyle shot Rosenbaum?
How is it that there just so happens to be aerial drone footage of the moment Kyle shot Rosenbaum?
Who exactly was that drone deployed to track and observe (or to provide intel to)?
Why did the prosecution initially submit low res drone footage during the trial, only later to display the raw high res footage in closing arguments?
Who was the local FBI field director overseeing operations during the Kenosha riots?
Who were the FBI agents in operation during the Kenosha riots?
Why were none of said agents or director subpoenaed to testify as to the validity of the video displayed in Kyle's trial?
Did they receive promotions following the events in Kenosha?
Where are they now?
An FBI drone just so happened to capture this particular footage seems highly coincidental, they would not deploy it at that particular time and in that particular location without reason, we need answers. For now, dumb luck is the only reason...yeah, sure, right.
I believe that Antifa is organic, and it has historical roots that reach back decades.
The thing is that our intel agencies know that these people are naïve useful idiots that they can infiltrate and use as cover for bullshit surveillance and psyop touch points.
They did the same shit in 2008 in St.Paul, MN, infiltrated lefty riot cells for....reasons.
Antifa is both organic and manipulated. The FBI has had relations with antifa since the 00s, but you're not wrong in that the people starting these terrorist cells are real communists rather than the FBI-type mafiosa.
what if I told you FBI lie under oath VERY VERY well, and there is nothing to gain and everything to lose by calling weaponized enemies up on your trial. They aren't some retarded drug addict like Gaige. You'd never get truth, and furthermore, you'd expose yourself as a target while hurting the case.
Why do you ask questions like the FBI are good>? Are you one?
I didn't posit whether they are good or bad. I ask those questions because it was revealed they were operating at least one drone during the event, was that simply for surveillance purposes or is there more to the story?
Cool, I only ask sorta in jest, bc there are people here that rile people up, ask that sort of innocent question etc.
I'm just telling you, you can find other ways to demonstrate the point that the event was being completely surveilled, if you call on an "expert" (liar) he is gonna come be nearly worthless for you, LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING, then ruin the case in cross, as rehearsed with the state.
Police are not your friends, FBI certainly is not, the only reason to call either of them is if a specific one has looked and acted so undeniably terrible, it is worth making them look like a liar/unhinged criminal on the stand. Those are State witnesses, even if called by the Defense.
The police lie under oath all the time and their heart rate probably doesn't skip a beat. Their police reports are "their interpretation of events" it's biased crap filled w lies.
Such little actually reaches trial, so they stack charges that would never stick, and lie about the events. I've had to plea out to lies. Then they go to sleep at night like nothing, bc everyone else is the bad guy and they are mighty and righteous in their lies. FUCK MOST POLICE
Interesting, do you believe they lie out of bias, or do you think they lie to deflect from misconduct, negligence, or to receive kickbacks or something?
On one hand I can see where they'd lie because they know the person on trial is obviously innocent or guilty and they want to influence an outcome by crushing silly arguments by the prosecutor or the defense.
I sat on a jury once where the officers involved in the investigation of the case we were hearing had already stood trial for possibly not following proper investigative procedure. The defense still tried to use their trial, even though they were acquitted, to discredit their testimony. Didn't really matter though as there was video evidence clearly showing criminal activity and we ultimately convicted the defendant.
if you ever get caught up, get a corrupt prosecutor, one close to the courthouse, right on the same street, he can get you off special once,
beyond that, get someone who will fight for you, bc the 2nd time, YOU ARE THE SACRIFICE.
Oh yeah, Judges, DA, asst DA, state prosecutors, state defenders, private defense council are all in cahoots, and it's corrupt as fuck, tit for tat. Fucking terrible. The whole system if fucked unless you just made the courthouse in a new blossoming county, or if you got some OG judge who takes no bullshit, that is the only way it works out for you.
honestly dude, it's just a numbers game, they don't hold "civilians" in high regard, it's like sport for some of them to fuck people over, they do it for free.
Probably is a bit of all the reasons you listed as well.
Just for reference. I have been charged with a mandatory min 7 years and seriously considered killing myself, but they did not have the evidence to support the charge in the end.
THEY FUCK W YOU!!!
I also had someone take a statement, "I carry the taser everyday bc I have been a victim and I don't know who I'm dealing w"
and that came out on the Felony 5x stack police report as
"he carried it bc he didn't know who he was selling marijuana to"
FUCKING FAGGOT COPS> THEY ARE SICK FUCKS>
UNLESS YOU PERSONALLY KNOW ONE< AND REALLY KNOW THEM<
I'd go as far as to say they've been watching for the prosecution to throw for a mistrial ever since the day GG looked like a Liar, greedy moron, AND admitted he pointed the gun at Kyle and aggressed under oath.
Defense has had their eye out for foul play like this probably the whole trial, but Richards became the designated mistrial watcher about 5 days in.
I think fuckboi didn't share all the details of their fuckery w Lunchbox. The less you know the better sorta thing. You can see him pissed at himself as soon as the fat bastard blurts it out. Lol, idiot thought it was buffering pixels or something, trying to jump from 480 to 1080.
Prosecution claims they shared the file via dropbox with the defense. Did the defense just download that file as a compressed file? This could be a default setting on dropbox. For example, the prosecution may have provided the full HD quality version, but when the defense clicked download, it downloaded a compressed version due to some kind of file size settings. OR, is the actual file that was shared compressed? If its the former, then well.. the defense screwed up and there will be no mistrial. If its the latter, then there needs to be a mistrial with prejudice.
In the motion for mistrail the defense is saying their compressed file was 212p at 3.6MB.. from an original file that was roughly 720p at 11megs. I can't really imagine Dropbox recompressing an original file that small, and definitely not offering a downsampled file as shitty as 200p. Even if the defense downloaded the preview instead of the original file somehow (dropbox doesn't allow right click saving as far I can tell so that'd be hard), the preview would surely be better quality than 200p.
And yeah in my testing just now of a 100MB 1080p video file, the download button provided the exact same file back with identical metadata, so no reencoding took place. So it seems dropbox doesn't modify files under a certain size at all.
The only way I'm seeing that it could be the defense's fault is if they used some piece of shit download-dropbox-video.cc site to download the preview, and that site recompressed it to hell. But surely then more of the defense's videos would be shit if they were doing that.
Idk, I doubt they only downloaded the dropbox file once. They also had experts study that footage. They most likely downloaded the full source file. Kyle's lawyers seem way more on top of their shit than the clown DA fags.
Luckily, you don't need to worry too much about bytes and formats to send a long video with Dropbox successfully. Dropbox supports the following video file formats and will automatically compress them for viewing on your device, with the option to download them in full quality should you so wish:
AVI
MKV
MP4
MPG
MOV
WMV
OGV
3GP
As long as your video's size is below 50 GB, the preview will display as a sleek video. You can send large video files from your smartphone (iOs or Android), desktop (Apple, Microsoft, or Linux), or tablet, shareable via a link added to an email, text, or chat. Your recipients don't even need a Dropbox account and can view the video without downloading them. Plus, there is no size limit on the video you can upload, so no panic about compressing and re-compressing your file.
I've seen that video play out multiple times and I still haven't been able to make out anything what happens before Kyle starts running away from the ambush
Gosh so the FBI HD footage was not lost after all, just withheld. When do these people go to prison? They apparently forgot how big a deal the HD footage was and why it was being withheld from Rittenhouse's lawyers. It was purposely given to only the prosecution while they used blurry krap to try and frame the kid by calling things what they were not. But I guess as the trial moved on they forgot how much this was a big deal and carelessly included the HD stuff.
As bad as it was to look at the blurry footage and try to crucify the kid by making up a bunch of bullshit and saying it was shown in the video, you could argue that's just a lawyer trying to win a case; scummy, but standard.
But it's just downright evil that they had the hd version, knew full well what did and didn't happen, and still tried to take advantage of the low resolution to lie about what happened. They saw with their own eyes how he was innocent and they decided to tamper with the evidence until it could be used to make him look guilty.
How interesting that they can broadcast the trial over the world but they got such a poor media handling through this trial. Installing a new TV in the middle of it all to get the correct resolution and quality. One could imagine that would be set before it all started.
Evidence tampering. They took a video that clearly proved him innocent and smudged it up until they could say it showed whatever they wanted it to show.
We need reform in this system, starting with more money for the defense. Whatever resources the prosecution has, the defense should have. If should be obvious by not the police state is not on your side.
“Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.” —Lavrentiy Beria
The low-res version makes it impossible to tell what's happening which the prosecution took advantage of to create their own sequence of events, while the high-res version shows that everything the prosecution said was a lie and completely exonerates Kyle. The only people who stand to gain from a lower res version is the prosecution.
And even if the defense thought it helped them and they lowered the resolution, they wouldn't be dumb enough to risk everything basing their entire mistrial claim on a lie.
Potentially, but Binger even said, ours is much clearer. And not sure why they'd 'dumb it down' knowing the prosecution, if we can call them that, had a clear version.
Jury member terrified by rioters:
"They filed for a mistrial?" "Whew! So that means I can vote guilty cause this kid will get another trial."
Kick it down the road. Not thinking how LONG it will be to a new trial or about how the prosecutor is already finding the lefty judge who will try it.
The prosecution used this video to argue for the provocation instruction to the jury.
"This is the video the defense received DROPBOXED from the prosecution" WATCH as the prosecution tries to back peddal by saying "its just playing weird"
"I don't believe you."
-Berserker Schroeder
Dont get brazen with me!
This is such a travesty. Prosecutorial misconduct. Discovery. It’s all messed up. Mistrial granted. -judge.
It a Soros Prosectuor, what do you expect?
Yeah and this isn’t an isolated incident I can guarantee you that. The deep state has prosecutors all over the country.
This is the same kind of "Brady material" shenanigans they did with Michael Flynn, right?
WITH PREJUDICE!!
Disbar both of them. They are cheating liars, and bad ones at that.
Edit: added 'Robert' for clarification.
Yeah, because digital stuff is always “playing weird”. It’s just like analog stuff. Maybe the tracking is off.
It a "computer glitch", just like how votes switch from Trump to Biden in the Voting Computers (liars call these Voting Machines).
Someone wasnt kind and now they need to rewind
I remember my dad bought a "rewinder" to save the vcr gears so they wouldn't wear out! 🤣
That makes sense. VCR's we're ridiculously expensive back in the day. And they had a ton of moving parts that could fail.
Rewinders were so you could watch the next movie without waiting 30 minutes for the tape to rewind.
whats funny about that your dad was planing ahead one day i hope you well inherent his precognition
I would have lost it if the judge asked the to adjust the tracking lmao.
Ah, the old “tracking” issue. That gave me a chuckle. I hadn’t thought about that in a very long time. Thanks for the flashback.
its eating the tape!!!
Now, for a music cassette tape, you put a pencil in this hole here and start turning it slowly...
These CAN be saved with minimal warping sounds
-take up the slack
Slowly, eh? Come one, man! You twirled that thing round and round so fast it flew off more than once, didn't you?
Well, there’s a little button on the side of the tape, push that and you can lift the cover and un twist it.
That one too.
Fast forward eats the tape!
Or the tape got stretched
I don't believe tubby saying "our version is clearer" is a mistake. They knew they pooched the case.
Fatlock has been retarded the entire trial.
I like Sour Krautz.
Either way, the prosecution is fucked.
It actually blows my mind he said that. And it blows my mind Kyle's attorney didn't go ape shit the second he said it
Richards missed dozens of opportunities to go ape sh*t. He's just not the objecting type, I guess.
Agreed. "Mistrial with prejudice" is so much easier to spin than, "Innocent of all charges".
dropbox... They are playing more fast and loose with the evidence in a murder trial than I did when I had an essay to turn in
The takeaway here should not be that this is some grand conspiracy against Kyle or that this behavior is abnormal.
The takeaway is that this is the reality of all criminal prosecutions, DA's are no better than any other politician.
The government utterly fails at protection, at punishing those who deserve it, and everything else they claim to provide.
Liberty is the answer. NULLIFY and SECEDE

Dont take the bait
Yeah don't take the bait. Instead stay at home and keep making memes on your off days from work if you haven't been fired for not getting the mystery jab until election day and vote for a Republican candidate that promises this time for real if elected it will only take 2 more years to fix the mess them darn democrats made.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't then. I guess it depends if you want to go out with a bang or a whimper, either way is suffering
Rather than "don't take the bait," how about we ALL take the bait, and let them deal with that.
Feds also have the receipts of every rioter on their payroll.
I like the cut of your jib.
Name checks out.😉
Or the prosecution understood by that point they were going to lose and letting "slip" that their version was clearer was a quick path to a mistrial.

Starts at 1:29:50 - This is the scene where the Kenosha Kid is just hanging out right behind the judge like 2 feet from him sitting down.
I don't think this is the same quality as our version, is it? - Binger
No. Our version is much clearer. - Fatlock
Yeah. - Binger
I have the enhanced one as well. But this is what we got from you [in the dropbox] - Clerk
So what you're showing me now just doesn't show anything? This is the same [video] you supplied to the defense? - Judge Cookie
Yes. - Kyle's obviously pissed off lawyer turns away. He knows.
Uncomfortable silence. Kyle looks awkwardly around, at the camera, and then sniffs his nose.
I downloaded that straight off dropbox so if your version is clearer you didn't give us your version. - Clerk
It's just playing weird. - Binger
Awesome
I can't believe I'm watching this. The body language is fantastic. The judge likes Kyle. He keeps his distance and is professional but you can see when he's explaining things to him he's talking to him like a younger distant relative. That's good news for sentencing, at least.

Thank you fren. My relatives love a good cookie for the holidays.
I concur the judge seems like a based and cool dude.
Haha that cookie book is awesome!
I pray to God this judge does the right thing regarding Kyle. The prosecution seems like they are daring him to throw it out.
That's because they want reason to BLM (burn, loot, murder) on the streets.
Damn those look like some bad ass cookies!
I was wondering wtf you meant when you kept writing “cookies!” That’s hilarious 😂
Ya they are fucked lol. "Our version is much clearer."
Bicep boy didn't go rogue. He tried to help the prosecution, but was too stupid to pull it off
But if their version is clearer does that mean that their version clearly shows Kyle pointing the gun?
Yep, and furthermore, they had the state "expert" spend 20 hours crafting the zoomed image from the degraded video.
This along with the other issues in the motion to dismiss show beyond any doubt the intentional fraud from the prosecution. But, I doubt the judge will have the guts to make the right decision. Hope I'm wrong, really hope I'm wrong.
What is better? A mistrial with prejudice or a not guilty verdict?
Either have the same effect. A not guilty verdict may keep the facade of a “working justice system” to the lunatics but at this point does it really matter?
Mistrial with prejudice lets the jury off the hook for future marxist intimidation for them and their families. The judge is on the hook in either case.
same effect, but if it's a mistrial are they allowed to try again with a new jury?
Not if it’s dismissed with prejudice.
Good point, not guilty for sure would be better.
This footage musta been delivered at 4AM the night before
I heard they found the .mp4 file in a water main, causing it to block
Dude, I heard they pulled the .mp4 file out from under a table at midnight after the jury was sent home.
This alone is grounds for mistrial with prejudice.
If it was truly an accident, it is grounds for a mistrial without prejudice.
If it is intentional (prosecutorial misconduct), it is grounds for a mistrial with prejudice.
You really have to check your brain into a coat closet to believe it is accidental.
After all the other bullshit they've pulled, intentional misconduct approaches unquestionable.
Probably too new to realize the trouble that would cause.
In the context of all the other shit the prosecution has pulled, I agree that it was probably intentional. But it's certainly rational that it could have been accidental.
So send a thumb drive via courier. There is no doubt that these guys deal with digital evidence ALL THE TIME. They knew what they were doing.
Considering the prosecution is required to disclose its evidence to the defense, I’m sure they have a better way to share files than through email with a 20mb limit.
This. If it's important enough they will jump through many hoops including couriers. Intentional compression seems very likely.
Possible, but not probable. Preponderance of the evidence suggests...
Yep. This is it. Thanks for finding this. I knew something was up. I'll share my comment from that exact moment once I find it.
Here it is.
This comment was made while the prosecution was waiting on their version of the video to be set up to play.
Wait a sec...did judge even say "and this is the version you provided to the defense?"
Did I mishear that?
That's exactly what he asked and both prosecution and defense confirmed. For context they started off watching the defense's version and that is why Fatlock said "our version is better".
You have to be a special kind of retarded to basically admit to misconduct right in front of the judge
Demonrats are that very special kind of retarded.
You get away with things for long enough and you start to forget they were ever wrong.
Exactly. Moral compass no longer points true north.
The law is different for them. At this point what difference does it make?
Or strategic when you know you're losing and you're angling for a mistrial.

Even the budget Chinese ones are 4k
2160p 60 Fs as a standard. For the things they want to catch on tape you are looking at something like 4320p 120 Fs.
Fs? The convention is FPS or maybe Hz
I don't use FPS because too many people I talked to online confused it with First Person Shooter instead of Frames per second. I'll try using Hz more since I did not think it was the same thing.
Do you know what's going on here?
Obviously not. He called it the FBI drone footage.
Wait, whats going on? For the other guy ofc.
Dumbass handshake. I've got a DJI that 2 years old and it shoots 4k.
Lady: So you provided us with a different version?
Fat boy: It’s just playing weird.
Lady: That’s now how that works.
Ahahahahahaah
These prosecutors must be disbarred and imprisoned!!!!
Tar’d and feathered, lashes, then prison.
Just tell the faggot domestic terrorist activist rioters that they're Kyle's lawyers. I love it when the trash takes out the trash.
In the same prison as the cons they put away previously
Along with 95% of ALL prosecutors. It hasn't been about JUSTICE for a very long time, if ever.
If you want JUSTICE, then the defense will have equal access to resources to defend as the prosecutor has to convict.
The high burden of proof is NOT Justification for a disparity of resources, just an excuse for it.
Wrapped it up & put a nice bow on Top!!
Ok ABL
That you Anthony Brian Logan? Love your vids my man!
I'm not ABL, I just <3 ABL, but I digress...
What if I told you "antifa" is a FBI Operation.
This is 100% the truth. They're all FBI confidential informants.
Sure, they let the cells form, then infiltrate, and then steer them towards controlled opposition useful to the politicians goals.
It's a joke at this point, the people orchestrating this horseshit think that they are so clever; they're not.
No, I don't think they have to infiltrate, although some cells they do.
A lot of these people are willing informants for the FBI.
More like CIA
What if I told you "antifa" is just a divisionary optic derived as cover for a more sinister political agenda?
Communists have always found and used useful idiots. But there's no telling what is left of the idiots and what is paid GOVT now.
How many more coincidences until it's a mathematical impossibility?
The answer to the general why question, is because the entire event was a setup 😉
what if I told you FBI lie under oath VERY VERY well, and there is nothing to gain and everything to lose by calling weaponized enemies up on your trial.
UNLESS YOU PERSONALLY KNOW ONE< AND REALLY KNOW THEM<
FUCK MOST POLICE AT THIS POINT>
Sorry......(copper (hahaha))
Why do I get the impression that Lunchbox wasn't in on the dirty and that's why he spilled it like soup all over the courtroom?
Which one is Lunchbox? I don't get the reference.
The one who ate all the pies I presume
Day 5 that's why the lunch was late.
Who would steal 30 bag lunches?
Cut to fatlock and Gaige laughing/sobbing uncontrollably.
Thanks for posting this.
Some times I felt that watching the entire trial was a waste of time. It was not. Your comment made it worth it.
I'll take mistrial for 20,000,000.
Can we get a not guilty, a directed verdict, and a mistrial all on the same day?
You can't get a directed verdict when the jury has the trial.
I also don't think you could get a verdict and a mistrial.
Prosecution acting brazen AF😑
If any one has it in their power get this to the defense immediately to prove the state was intentional in its deception and not just an accident
The defense knows. There are other pinned posts about the filling with the court.
I'd go as far as to say they've been watching for the prosecution to throw for a mistrial ever since the day GG looked like a Liar, greedy moron, AND admitted he pointed the gun at Kyle and aggressed under oath.
Defense has had their eye out for foul play like this probably the whole trial, but Richards became the designated mistrial watcher about 5 days in.
https://twitter.com/i/status/1460834587953745922
That too. Clearly shows from the ground no provocation from Kyle
Lunchbox dun goofed.
Doesn't seem to be the case as far as I can see.
Google drive will automatically re-encode media files unless you post them in like a zip file, but not Dropbox.
Idk, I doubt they only downloaded the dropbox file once. They also had experts study that footage. They most likely downloaded the full source file. Kyle's lawyers seem way more on top of their shit than the clown DA fags.
Hmm, actually that is possible:
https://experience.dropbox.com/resources/how-to-compress-videos
====
Dropbox simplifies video compression and sharing
Luckily, you don't need to worry too much about bytes and formats to send a long video with Dropbox successfully. Dropbox supports the following video file formats and will automatically compress them for viewing on your device, with the option to download them in full quality should you so wish:
As long as your video's size is below 50 GB, the preview will display as a sleek video. You can send large video files from your smartphone (iOs or Android), desktop (Apple, Microsoft, or Linux), or tablet, shareable via a link added to an email, text, or chat. Your recipients don't even need a Dropbox account and can view the video without downloading them. Plus, there is no size limit on the video you can upload, so no panic about compressing and re-compressing your file.
Yeah, I read that as well. And it has me worried that the defense just screwed up due to technological difficulties.
The download is the full size, same as the upload. I use it for audio and video for work and never have a loss of quality from the original raw files
This has me a little worried, but I dunno one way or another. I'm not sure they know, either... it'd come down to pickles vs. logarithms or something.
If they show the download link to a techie maybe it can be figured out though.
Fatlock reminds me of Drew Carey
Welcome to US Justice, where the government lies and the evidence doesn't matter.
I've seen that video play out multiple times and I still haven't been able to make out anything what happens before Kyle starts running away from the ambush
Filthy rotten lying deceitful bastards... These are the REAL CRIMINALS in the Courtroom.
That's a Brady violation.
it’s just lag bro, nothing to worry about <— fatlock to the judge 🙄
Kyle never pointed at anyone prior to shooting Rosenbaum
https://twitter.com/i/status/1460834587953745922
Even vid from the ground shows that
Isn't that a serious violation of Kyle's rights?
In our former Constitutional Republic, yes. But not in Deep State Amerika.
Bad Faith
This needs permasticky. How could this NOT be mistrial with prejudice those scumbags I'm so pissed. "It's playing wierd."
This is an embarrassment.
PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION - Building Criminal Cases Using Secret, Unconstitutional Surveillance
If they would if had the clearer video they would of shown better that he was being ambushed
How interesting that they can broadcast the trial over the world but they got such a poor media handling through this trial. Installing a new TV in the middle of it all to get the correct resolution and quality. One could imagine that would be set before it all started.
I hope the Judge realizes that he got played.
This has to be the dumbest prosecutor ever known to mankind
Isn't this simply equivalent to making up the evidence when it is not?
Evidence tampering. They took a video that clearly proved him innocent and smudged it up until they could say it showed whatever they wanted it to show.
The FBI doctored the video!
We need reform in this system, starting with more money for the defense. Whatever resources the prosecution has, the defense should have. If should be obvious by not the police state is not on your side.
“Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.” —Lavrentiy Beria
Those dirty bastards ought to be disbarred for this
Amen
Wow! Fat lock just can not, for everything that he holds dear, keep his mouth shut! Sounds like some one said "this is not right" maybe the defense?
Or devils advocate, the defence deliberately jpeg'ed their copy of the video.
This is how prosecutors work, it's very depressing and the incentives need to change.
Potentially, but Binger even said, ours is much clearer. And not sure why they'd 'dumb it down' knowing the prosecution, if we can call them that, had a clear version.
Jury member terrified by rioters: "They filed for a mistrial?" "Whew! So that means I can vote guilty cause this kid will get another trial." Kick it down the road. Not thinking how LONG it will be to a new trial or about how the prosecutor is already finding the lefty judge who will try it.
So the screengrab their tech spent hours fucking with was taken from the intentionally hobbled, downgraded footage or was that from different footage?
Can someone ELI5? I just worked a 12 hour shift and my brain isnt working.
lol wtf, the other clip from the cellphone on the street is so much better, and no, he doesn't point the gun
I think it's probable that they just fucked up because they are careless and lazy and INCOMPETENT.
I wish the jury would man up, but I think we will never see a fair televised jury trial ever again.
