I'll say this. Any time money or resources are provided to the defendant by the State, it should be an open-and-shut not-guilty. No matter how heinous the crime they ended up perpetrating or stopping was.

This is the only way to create a defense mechanism against abuse. This and, ya know, hiring normal people and not SJW nut jobs.

7
AlphaCentauri 7 points ago +15 / -8

Speaking of SJW nutjobs, look at the downvotes on this post, even though there is no feature to downvote posts. All the anti-semites and white supreme pizzas on here since 1/6 are revealed as SJWs https://patriots.win/p/12j0MYpLAk/white-supremacy-shills-on-here-b/c/

All you do is change the style and you can downvote posts 🙄

2
Ponzo 2 points ago +4 / -2

Because they literally stalk new submissions and use their alt accounts to up and downvote whatever they want. Thats why people end up having their entire profile downvoted to oblivion by one of these cucks and his alts.

5
AlphaCentauri 5 points ago +5 / -0

I would rather have a gf personally lol

0
Ponzo 0 points ago +2 / -2

I used to have my entire profile downvoted once a day by one of these cucks and his 65+ alt accounts. I wish mods would ban any IP that has more than one account.

They always cry freedom of speech but even their website allows mod-approved posts only. Thats how fragile their souls are.

I'm very careful to remain optimistic here but a lot of good energy is gone. 1/6 showed how powerless we are. There's been this rise of Trump supporters who aren't even going along with his actual stances... and it feels as if ideas are promoted by users just to brand MAGA the way hysterical Lefties brands it. So anyway, user base isn't what it used to but keep your chin up.

4
AlphaCentauri 4 points ago +6 / -2

User base is still fucking great, we are just pestered by DOOMER ACCOUNT CUCKS.

3
plaaaa 3 points ago +3 / -0

One random example. Trump is first POTUS to recognize juneteenth and susan whoever that got the women's vote. Those were Trump's ideas. There's like this increasing vocal logical disconnect between his actual stance & many users. Also this extra fast willingness to turn on true allies like Bannon or Powell just to avoid a social shaming? So what if they made some mistakes.

1
Judicator 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it's a couple of different things.

1.) You have actual stormfags from stormfront and consumeproduct mucking about trying to convert people.

2.) Feds or journos trying to get screenshots, etc. for the records.

3.) Random leftists trying to "fit in" and simultaneously cause as much discord and division as possible.

Notice the intentional wedge driven against the "qtards" as well, when, having monitored both this and GAW, both are on increasingly similar pages every damn day.

ALSO

I think a lot of people that were previously more [legitimately] racist and "I'll take matters into my own hands" kinds of people rallied under Trump's banner and found a new position of hope behind his lead. With his apparent defeat I think many reverted to their original positions and have been pushing that hard again.

I experienced this with the Tea Party. Started Ron Paul freedom loving supporters, but ended up religious social issue activists and revolutionary war cosplay enthusiasts.

I'm definitely extra proud of the strong users reclaiming school boards but that was met with so much negativity for a while. If u want2 homeschool & can, do so. But public school swamp has 2b drained too. Where will we all flee too from commies at some point? They've taken over everything.

So proud of my husband, a criminal defence lawyer. He made legal history when he became the first lawyer in Alberta to prove Entrapment by the police.

We need based Sheriff departments to start running sting operations on these Undercover agents and CI’s.

8
posedgeclk 8 points ago +8 / -0

That's the thing though. A "sting operation" is entrapment.

"Buh buh buh but the courts say otherwise." Yeah, and I say to take a long walk off a short pier!

14
TLDC 14 points ago +14 / -0

It's only entrapment if they encourage them to commit a crime. Maybe "sting" wasn't the correct choice.

They should start putting in their own CI's or undercover deputies and arrest the FBI.

3
MBMadigan 3 points ago +3 / -0

How are we on the U.S. Marshalls? Hopefully, they’d go all Wyatt Earp on these traitors!

13
JohnCocktoastin 13 points ago +13 / -0

It isn't entrapment if the "sting" is simply recon to gather evidence of glowies inciting others to commit crimes and/or acts of violence. If that were the case, simply sitting in a patrol car and using your eyes is "entrapment."

3
plaaaa 3 points ago +3 / -0

Like how Jr and Jared never managed to sue HRC for the blatant Veselnitskaya / Fusion GPS setup. Knew how obviously rigged "justice" is. :/

3

I have read somewhere that the sheriff is the law of the land. If that is the case, that is where we start.

Back Up Link: https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/entrapment

Most states require a defendant who raises the defense of entrapment to prove he or she did not have a previous intent to commit the crime. Courts determine whether a defendant had a predisposition to commit a crime by examining the person's behavior prior to the commission of the crime and by inquiring into the person's past criminal record if one exists.

11
BS2020 11 points ago +12 / -1

the FBI didn't just entrap, THEY incited violence om Jam 6 -- they did it by inciting violence the night before Jan. 6, they did it by reducing the security detail, they did it by allowing doors to be open, they did it by using actors that are KNOWN atifatards, they did it when those agents, like Sullivan, went running out of the Capitol screaming they killed her hoping it was going to create a big riot -- but it didn't -- EVERYTHING the FBI did backfired because their incompetent SJWs didn't know Trump supporters any ore than they know their own gender -- and now the FBI is seriously violating the rights of the protestors they arrested because they desperately need to push a narrative

So solider, are you going to stick to that compliment knowing you gave it to a Marine! lol

1
airborne3502 1 point ago +2 / -1

I almost stepped on a Marine sniper during joint services training in Puerto Rico.

I knelt down next to him and asked him how far back he could have popped me.

'About a half a click.'

Marines were the op 4 during jungle training at JOTC. We got them, but only because we outnumbered them three to one. There was lot of beeping miles on our side.

Nothing but mad respect.

1
BS2020 1 point ago +2 / -1

I wasn't a sniper but I did some training with them in the Philippine jungles. They complimented me that I was able to keep up with them lol -- one actually let me fire his weapon upon which I put three rounds in the same hole. The spotter's comment were priceless -- first was damn dead center, second was I think that's dead center too, unless it totally missed, third was something like, what the fuck lets get that target -- we did and that's when he could tell all three went in the same hole but one nicked a little more of the target out -- that was only at 700 meters but still a pretty happy moment for me! I have mad respect for them as well.

How many jumps for you?

2
airborne3502 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did you keep the target?

I did pretty good in my concealed carry class, but pulled a couple.

Bad trigger squeeze.

The 101st lost its jump status back in the '70s, and is Air Assault now.

I rappelled out of Blackhawks, and my heart went out to Legolas when he missed the rope in 'Black Hawk Down.'

The soldier he portrayed, Todd Blackburn, survived and became a law enforcement officer in his hometown of Pensacola, Florida.

2
BS2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

no didn't keep the target -- I have the memories though and I have a photo of the Marine who let me use his rifle

I'm blessed with a wonderful sense of balance that helped me be an expert marksmen, but that cursed me with motion sickness so riding around on helicopter was like riding an elevator -- and I rode on CH46 and 53s a shit ton, especially when I was based on a Marine Rotor Wing base in NC.

I saw a Marine fall once from rappelling -- NOT good. That's a great movie.

Gonna eat now so have a great night!

The propaganda outlets keep saying there are ~450 patriots locked up. Why do we trust this? How do we know it’s not really 45? How do we know it’s not really 4500?

4
JohnCocktoastin 4 points ago +4 / -0

it should be public information as to how many are in DC jail. I suppose it is possible that some are being held in a jail elsewhere pending extradition. And that is being slow walked.

6
Sylvester1212 6 points ago +6 / -0

There are a few famous cases of people illegally recording the FBI trying to get them to break the law to entrap others. Wanna guess who did the prison sentences for illegally recording federal agents?

5
Grindelwald 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah, well, you can use it as a defense, but they can do it all day long because they will never be held accountable.

4
Reclaimer69 4 points ago +4 / -0

With the new extended definition of what a terrorist is, and what agencies can get away with now, entrapment is less and less of a legally definable thing...

3
5121313 [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

To True your statement is. Reprehensible Conduct.- Exploitation of a person in coercive circumstances from another person is reprehensible conduct in every criminal justice system. EurLex-2 And the code also says a lawyer must refrain from morally reprehensible conduct. (And the're a hell of a lot of Lawyers in the DOJ & FBI). To say the least........

https://glosbe.com/en/en/reprehensible%20conduct

4
LoobintheToobin 4 points ago +4 / -0

Was just thinking this goes both ways, one reason Trump has to allow the enemy to commit their crimes is to catch them in the act. It can’t be encouraged it has to be their choice so they can reap the full consequences of their decisions. The chance to choose otherwise must be allowed and then rejected by their own free will. Perhaps Rudy’s experience taking out the mafia was a helpful lesson for this larger purging.

4
Miztivin 4 points ago +4 / -0

The Federal justice system is dead so breaking federal laws for political gain is no longer an issues.

4
dirtmerchant 4 points ago +4 / -0

lol they don't care about the law

3
GrumpyGrumpus 3 points ago +3 / -0

What makes you think the rule of Law matters anymore?

Are you not paying attention that the Rule of Man is the new normal!

Rule of man is absence of rule of law. Rule of man is a rebounded society, meaning rules change from ruler to ruler. It is a society in which one person, regime, or a group of persons, rules arbitrarily.

Rule of Law is all members of a society are considered equally subject to publicly disclosed legal codes and processes.

3
Joaniev9 3 points ago +3 / -0

Just watched a documentary about Ruby ridge. I was 3 when it happened so I had no idea about the details. That was also entrapment. 30 years later the feds and bureaucrats are still up to the same shit.

3
GeoG85 3 points ago +3 / -0

Or how about Child Rape and Kidnapping? Kidnapping the kids of the families you swore to protect?

Oh well. The Devil's preparing your seats once you're done here. What visions and delights will the Devil put you through so you can experience the wonders of the Mortal Earth that you personally chose to put others through?

3
Siteless_Vagrant 3 points ago +3 / -0

FBI has been doing that for decades.

3
Phaedrus_Wolfe 3 points ago +3 / -0

But ever since the DeLorean case, the feds have enacted other laws and policies to get around entrapment as a defense, making it practically impossible to prove.

no judge will EVER hear an entrapment court case. they are sick of all of them. you have a lot of judges out here that never in their whole time as a judge have they ever even entertained hearing a course case about entrapment. judges refuse to hear and prosecute entrapment. we really oughtta be spreading awareness of how no judge wants to persecute their counterparts for entrapment

Is Entrapment itself a crime, or is it only a defense.

If it is a crime, would it be possible to start entrapment lawsuits against the officers and agents who opened barriers and encouraged protesters to enter restricted areas?

2
5121313 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Criminal Defense of Entrapment: Entrapment is a defense to criminal charges on the basis that the defendant only committed the crime because of harassment or coercion by a government official. (Basically a Defense imho.)

2
Farmerbob1 2 points ago +2 / -0

I know what Entrapment is, and that it is a defense which is rarely as effective as most folks would like it to be, but is the act of Entrapment also illegal?

Can law enforcement officers be charged with Entrapment or Attempted Entrapment, or some legal mumbo-jumbo that means the same thing?

2
5121313 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Like I mentioned it's basically a "Defense*".. I found nothing specific, case ruling on suing for "entrapment". Other than a possible relationship to Sue for Damages afterwards.. (Maybe a possible disbarment for Reprehensible Conduct if it was lawyer involved).

2
Farmerbob1 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ah charges based on ethical conduct, abuse of power, breach of oath, etc, might apply I guess. Thanks for helping me think it through!

LOL who are you going to take that evidence to? the FBI? a Judge? a Democrat Jury??? what a cunt congressmen that will complain on Fox and ask for more $$ and votes?

Unless the country stands up together, there is nothing we can do with our 'evidence' of entrapment. They own all the doors and keys. They are the law.
