Colleen Flood, a law professor at the University of Ottawa, prefers not to use the word “mandatory.” Advertisement Article content

“People imagine you are physically holding someone down and stabbing them with a needle,” she said. “Life is full of choices and consequences.”

So they aren't mandatory, it's just that if you don't get vaccinated they will destroy your entire livelihood.

Swann points out that COVID-19 is different from the flu.

“COVID-19 is a more highly contagious and deadly disease than the common flu,” she said. “For example, no one would have quibbled about getting an Ebola vaccine if it was running rampant during flu season at hospitals.”

Explains that COVID-19 is different from the flu and then compares it to Ebola.

Cool so if I get a blood clot, I can sue my employer for making it mandatory then?

Have a lawyer draw up an agreement where the employer forcing the “vaccine” assumes all liability for any adverse health conditions going forward, independent of your benefits package (if you have one). This is an experimental gene therapy, not a vaccine.

Covid-19 has more in common with the flu than it does with ebola

we’ll see. making it mandatory creates a strong fraud incentive.

Only way Ebola runs rampant in a hospital is if no one is mopping up blood and vomit and everyone stops wearing gloves.

More importantly, can your employer require you not to be vaccinated? Are you obligated to employ someone if they are vaccinated?

Can your employees burn your business to the ground? It's very likely.

This slimy bitch lawyer should also know there's a legal term called "coercion" and that you can't be coerced by your employer into having a medical procedure done on you, nor are they allowed access to your health records. Guarantee you this charlatan is well aware of this.

What we really have here is a leftist authoritarian professor (shocking I know!) trying to muddy the waters / lie by omission.
