We have these two meta tags:

<meta name="referrer" content="never">

<meta name="referrer" content="no-referrer">

Correct me if I am wrong, but those should do the job.

It does remind me that we need to handle this on the new mobile beta, though.

Those tags should have the same effect but best practice is to also apply it to links using the rel tag and use:

<a href="shady.nastys" rel="noreferrer noopener"/>

noopener will prevent the page being navigated to from having access to the previous page, it also sets noreferrer implicitly, but we specify both explicitly for older browsers.
