I got one from the CDC, doing an anonymous survery to gather statistics about vaccination status. I just said that I was busy and I don't really do surveys.

I've never received such a call, then again I almost never answer unknown numbers due to scammers.
I just did an internet search of the term. Apparently Departments of Aging are a thing; they're just state-level, not federal level.

Nope. I don't have a landline, though. And my cell sends calls from people that aren't in my contact list straight to rotting in voicemail prison.
I don't have a landline either, it sent it's message to my voice-mail.
Haven't gotten anything recently but last December I was getting text messages about getting the shot. Will see if it happens again.
