So any information that might indicate neighborhood undesirability to whites related to minorities in neighborhoods sends alarm bells to government regulators & they use existing credit laws to clamp down.
So get rid of guns, defund police and move into a neighborhood where youll get home invaded 2 or 3 times a year by a group of thugs that can murder or rape you and your family. Seems like paradise.

I never used that website for crime data. Police departments have crime maps. Very easy to look up and very helpful. The only safe Los Angeles neighborhoods have private policing. Ladera Heights is nearly all black professionals and no crime because they have a 24/7 private force just like most parts of Brentwood.
I dont know about illegal, but definitely against realtor ethics. I.e. if they are caught doing so they may lose their job at the firm they're working for.
The woman I worked with when buying my home was very cautious about not saying anything negative while we were on properties or via text, even when the place was a real "shithole" as she described one property following our walkthrough
