So I've recently been trying to exercise more and keep a steady routine and I have a couple questions.

Is it a good idea to eat a meal afterwards? And if so, what kind of foods would be best?

Great question! There's two parts to this question. When to eat and what to eat.

Here's the pros and cons of fasted vs fed work outs. If you choose fasted, eat after. If you choose fed workouts, eat before.

If you're lifting weights: Carbs before and/or during your workout to fuel your workout. Protein and carbs after to help your muscles recover.

Depends on you personally. Already had some links posted about fasted.non-fasted. but depending on whether or not you are doing intermittent fasting and what protocol you are using you might not eat afterwards and be ok. You have to listen to your body and see how you feel (lightheaded, etc.).

If you only care about general just eat healthy and make sure it's whole food. You'll hear people say to drink a protein shake, but more often than not they're bodybuilders so they need a lot of protein. You don't even have to eat right away. Don't overthink it.

nutrients are what you need right? what is the most bio active nutrient? raw protein. Since Aajonus Vonderplanitz diet ive been putting on muscle for the first time I used to be really skinny but now I drink gallons of raw milk per week and putting on weight like crazy. I would check it out if you cant get results any other way like me.
