It is a challenge, but I don't think it is the same person. Differences: Significantly less Cro-magnon forehead; the ears don't stick out quite as much and the lip to chin distance seems to be quite a bit longer. And possibly the top of the nose crease. It should be more pronounce with the smile, but it less pronounced. It is difficult to tell with these pictures, but the eye color looks different.

What eye color? The second picture can barely show the pupil. The iris is completely indistinct. It is sometimes impossible to determine eye color unless seen up close. I have looked at myself in the mirror for seven decades and still have difficulty determining my iris color---and I can tell the difference between the greenness of two traffic lights side by side.
I feel the need point out, because nobody else has that I have seen: the photo on the left is probably taken by a professional photographer who knows what lenses and lighting to use to make his subject look the best. The other photo was taken by a cell phone cam most likely, in whatever light was available. Take a look at this photo to see how lenses can make a person look completely different:

They use a pic to get "conspiracy theorists " talking if it's a body double but nobody is talking about them using a pic of him before his stroke to show us he's fine now
Fetterman is on the Left,.the other 2 pics are doubles,.go try find a pic of Fetterman smiling and showing his teeth,. he cant smile because of his stroke,.,Fettermans jaw on the Left is very square,.the doubles is rounded,.and a lot longer from bottom of jaw to mouth,.& crooked nose,.and why arent they showing the top of his bald head,..Fetterman has a pointy skull, the double has a.?? if they have resorted to trying to deceive the Public with a Body Double,.can only mean one thing hes dead,..
The upper lip on the middle and right picture is thinner than on the left picture. The upper nose is bent toward the viewer's right (his left) and the tip is quite a bit different. The lines in the forehead and above the nose (between the eyes) are significantly different. The ears look pretty good. Overall, the guy in the middle looks younger (like, 10 years younger) then the guy on the left. Who knows? Sometimes people just look different from one photo to another.

He can’t smile because of his stroke also the ears are different and his nose is crooked, nostrils, forehead line, eyebrows not the same.
In my honest opinion, it's the same person. Forehead wrinkles, eyebrows, crooked nose, ears. We just don't see him smile that much.

What I think is that some people with foul intentions are intentionally pushing a photo/video taken in May 2022 and passing it off as recent.
