If you have a direct correlation between the production code and the production description, the description will change also for historical queries.
If the description was changed from (let’s say) “flu diagnosis test instruments and apparatus” to “Covid-19 diagnosis test instruments and apparatus” in 2020, and you go back to do a 2018 query using the updated 2020 product description, you’ll get results like this.
I’m not saying this is the case here, but it’s a very plausible explanation.

Later, they re-used the key for a health and safety course about a particular piece of equipment so it looked as if everyone was a health and safety expert but knew nothing about the main product.

Probably sold under a different name, and in 2020 they renamed the product, screwing up database queries.

They deleted it. This is a good find. I remember seeing this and it was another smoking gun out of the ton of smoking guns out there.
