Surely domestic oil producers are willing and able to replenish it.

But at what price for our nation, for US?

The producers are, but This administration has put the kibosh on it..

Why have the producers complied with this administration?

What legal steps did the Biden Administration use to shut down domestic oil production?

From a CNBC article (FWIW)...

The Biden administration is delaying decisions on new oil and gas leases and permits after a Louisiana federal judge blocked officials from using higher cost estimates of climate change. The leasing pause is an unintended result of the Feb. 11 decision by U.S. District Judge James Cain, who argued that the administration's attempt to raise the real cost of climate change would hike energy costs. The ruling has prompted delays and uncertainty across at least four federal agencies that were using higher cost estimates of greenhouse gas emissions in decisions.

This is additionally dangerous because the graph is not base on percentage of population but on actual population and reserve.. the countries population has gone up over 100 million people in that time, which is over 30% growth… run those percentages and it’s beyond concerning !!

Some people just don't understand (not you pedes, you get it) how bad this really is.

We are on the precipice of open war, and we are already engaged in covert world war three.

If we ran out of everything else and had oil to run this country, we could survive and thrive.

Without oil, we can't run an economy. We can't run manufacturing. We can't grow food efficiently. We can't heat or cool our homes. We can't fuel aircraft, or vehicles to move CONUS/OCONUS.

Everything that makes the USA a 1st world country runs on oil. Without it we are immediately thrust into a 3rd world country.

When they said WW3 would be fought with sticks and stones, everyone thought they meant because of a nuclear Armageddon. Not because we couldn't keep the lights on.

The only plus is that without oil, and thus without electricity... we won't be vulnerable to as many cyber attacks. The world will be a lot quieter without a constant cacophony of bots (living and digital) as well.

The other silver lining is normies will wake up when Amazon can't ship for free anymore. Maybe.

If “they “ control energy and food production, then they got us by the balls. And if you got somebody by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow.

We pay twice for our strategic oil reserve, once for original purchase and pay again at the pump when dumbass dumps it in the mix. Which BTW half goes to China. Now the Saudis have shut out 2 million barrels a day to break one off in bidens ass, I'm ok with that!

At some point you would think the military would step in and say that selling our oil reserves so Hunter's company can take a profit is against the national defense.

The chart is terrifying, but it is slightly deceptive considering the bottom of this chart is 250 million barrels instead of 0.

It's still a significant drop of 300 million barrels in such a short time.

Not to be redundant, but we have 100 million more oil consumers than the last time it was this low..

This bothered me as well, they don't have to play little optical tricks that will just give opposition something to jump on, it's bad enough without it.

2022 oil reserve levels the same as 1984.
