IF YOUR BOSS THREATENS YOU WITH FIRING IF NOT VACCINATED DON'T REFUSE:

The secret is NOT to refuse the jab and do not sign anything!

From a lawyer:

If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here’s a great way to handle it. (Conditional acceptance)

The secret is NOT to refuse it.

“I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements.”:

  1. Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

  2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

  3. Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

  4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

  5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?

  6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

  7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

  8. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:

  1. You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.

  2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

  3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

The point is that if they CANNOT provide that information you’ve NOT refused.

Generally, it's the right idea. I think there should be additional questions asking --

  • Please state the purpose for which you believe the policy will be necessary to the operation of the company
  • Please state if you believe any of these medical treatments will be helpful to others in the company
  • Please provide the scientific research that supports your conclusion that these experimental drugs are in any way beneficial regarding the reduction in the spread of any virus or illness
  • Please provide the scientific research that supports your conclusion that these experimental drugs are in any way beneficial regarding the reduction of symptoms of illness

The supposed reason to mandate these experimental drugs is to help others in the company by reducing the spread of Covid, and/or to reduce symptoms so that people have less time off from work. If these claims were true, these mandates would benefit the company. But these claims are not true. There is no scientific basis to believe they are true. Therefore, there is no way they can justify these mandates when they are not based on anything real. It's just fear porn. That means there is no way they can win (assuming we have honest, competent courts).

Yes, they'd laugh in my face. Honestly, ours hides behind an anonymous "committee". A bunch of lawyers making a decision on someone's religious exemption sounds like clown world to me. We don't talk to anyone it's all done anonymously. We fill out a form online and submit it. The response comes by email with no one's name. They're cowards.🤡

Unfortunately for Federal Civil Service members, they have until Nov 5th to either present proof of vaccination, or be fired.

When fired, they will lose ALL benefits - no medical, no pension - without regard to a decade or more of service rendered. It's all gone.

So, I would suggest your Religious Waiver state, at the bottom that if the Waiver is rejected, under duress I will accept Early Retirement over involuntary separation.

This way, you have a paper trail in place, such they cannot begin termination actions, before you have a chance to file for early retirement. Don't think they won't screw you on the way out the door.

I highly doubt you will be fired on Nov 5. Or any day soon after. Exemptions don’t just get rejected and federal employees don’t just get fired. There will be back and forth on the exemption. If rejected it can be altered and resubmitted. As far as firing, if it ever comes to that it won’t be until after a long trail of progressive discipline. Meanwhile many legal challenges will be made. It’s possible it all disappears before the supposed firing happens. Then again…🤡🌎

If it’s an at-will state they will just fire you anyway.

That’s why you create a record of your delivery of the documentation. And have a witness willing to testify that you delivered it. This is what servers do for court proceedings.

When you sue later, that becomes their problem.

1
Hortance 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah they'll read it and send it to the legal dept.

Its obvious that the employee is saying "I have full knowledge of all my rights and am doing exactly what I need to do to hang your ass". HR gets trained specifically to take this stuff seriously.

It might even be enough to forestall a firing....Businesses are intimidating when they can hire/fire you, but really they are a bunch of sloppy wet pussies. They bend over @ the threat of a lawsuit all the time.

I'm self employed. If my boss ever asked me to get the jab I would punch him in the face.

Any municipality that has tort immunity should also agree in writing to waive any and all tort immunity.

I just got a Conditional Acceptance written up with NC and OSHA codes included. Mine is like 8 pages I'll try to share on here. Be on the lookout for a post.

Letter writing and answering is a great way to stall. You may even be placed on paid admin leave while rhey decide.

Even in at will employment state, discrimination on medical status is a violation of federal law.

I'm somewhat surprised that lawyers aren't lining up to make a fortune off of The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. They're planning on firing people because of not proving they have MOdified RNA. They'll be on the hook for damages and your lawyer costs if this makes it to court.

Callmejuls 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good to know, yet I would also ask if there were any aborted fetal parts used in forming or in the vaccine itself (ethical and religious reasons)

In case you're wondering where this unattributed info comes from, I believe this may be from SGTReport's's guest Brent Johnson in a video entitled, "we are immune to the dictates of tyrants"

Are there any more of these? This one is from the vantage point an employee. I'm after employer version as well, also various other perspectives like receiving government assistance, Geneva Convention, and whatever else for questions. Going to be making one of these questionnaires for NZ

Probably best to correct the typos before using the above!

  1. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

  2. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible

still believes that law and order isn't dead and the employer wouldn't just laugh, throw this in the garbage and fire you anyway.

1
ImBillCurtis 1 point ago +1 / -0

And then you’d have a court case and huge pay day.

1
SFAM1A 1 point ago +1 / -0

implying that the corrupt, stacked courts would rule in your favor

1
ImBillCurtis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah they aren’t. Sorry. Municipal and state courts would more than likely rule in your favor.

1
SFAM1A 1 point ago +1 / -0

Could be, but you'd still get smacked down by the feds

1
ImBillCurtis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep. Better just not try and give up, right? Good luck with that.

1
SFAM1A 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, keep your powder dry until the Collapse; don't piss away all your resources fighting a multi-trillion dollar violence apparatus in their own court.

1
ImBillCurtis 1 point ago +1 / -0

You've never been in a court, have you?

dachshundguy 0 points ago +5 / -5

Won’t hold for shit. Some blue hair will reeeee and the courts will side with them because they are bought

11
TheBRAINz 11 points ago +11 / -0

Maybe, maybe not. Either way, the fight matters and forces the tyrants to expend resources to deal with the objection. Many employers have limited people and money/resources to do this. Make it expensive for them to bully you.
