I've had leaf spot but not black seed disease. Found this article : https://blogs.cornell.edu/livegpath/gallery/strawberries/leaf-spot-of-strawberry/

Hopefully it helps. You could contact your state Dept of Ag or cooperative extension, send them a pic by email and they'll identify what's going on. One thing I do is pick some big leaves that shade the berries and plant crown off, especially in wet gray weather. That seems to help with air flow.

I have no clue what that is but it would be pretty cool if you’ve managed to grow some kind of zebra striped strawberries.

Strawberry seeds can have variation in color. I'm not an expert, by any means, but it looks okay to me.
