This Weeks Discussion Theme: REJECT THE POISON!

To help set the mood enjoy Mkultra Victim - Negative XP.

In this weekly, we will REJECT THE POISON!!!

A major aspect of technology and products of our modern world is to induce emotion. The goal being for your brain to produce dopamine so you CONSOOOOOOOOOM PRODUCT AND THEN GET EXCITED FOR NEXT PRODUCTS! Like a smoker opening their wallet to buy another pack of cigarettes. Imagine the poison as a drug being fed daily and nightly to everyone, no one realizes they are addicted, and you barely recognize you are addicted. You see the side effects, the degradation before your eyes. Like a smoker diagnosed with lung cancer but takes another drag. How do you tell others what you have realized? How do you detoxify yourself from the poison? Do you even need to rid yourself of the poison or is it all just a moderation thing? Or is that just what they want you to think?

These are the kinds of fun ideas this weekly is about. Consider this weekly a mkultra victim support group thread / dopamine detox thread.

Discussion ideas:

  • What do you think the “poison” is, how would you define it?
  • Have you ever noticed negatives due to product consumption? E.g., Felt like you wasted your money after buying a bunch of games on sale, seen someone stressed about money after buying an expensive ultra rare funko pop that they just had to own?
  • Suggest ways to dopamine detox.

Rather than poisoning my mind watching (((Hollywood))) and (((mainstream media))) white genocide propaganda, I go for an hour long predawn walk and an hour long run in the evenings.

This gives me time to talk to Jesus, listen to my favorite podcasts, citizen journalist news, allow my mind to wander and also plan my day.

Watching the clouds change before sunrise, smelling the changing of the seasons, noticing the colors of the trees change, feeling the rain on my face or the still heat of summer evenings, seeing the stars (and the occasional shooting star) and pushing myself to feel exhilarated and exhausted and truly alive is far better than watching Jews dress up like superheroes.

Dopamine for the right reasons.

If you want to cease addiction to dopamine from poisonous sources like consoooooming porn and video games and the Electric Jew and instead feel healthy dopamine from being productive then I recommend you retrain yourself how to be disciplined:

  1. Make a prioritized list of every job you've been postponing for years;

  2. Promise yourself to progress the top task for exactly ten minutes every evening, using a timer and not a minute longer.

  3. When your ten minutes is over, review your work and estimate your progress percentage.

You'll soon discover that it's easy to find inspiration to start a task if you're only spending ten minutes on it each day because everyone can find ten minutes.

You'll soon discover that motivation rises AFTER you begin a task and it becomes more enjoyable as you progress it. You'll look forward to progressing and completing each task more as they become 50%, 60%, 70% completed.

It won't be long before all of your most important tasks are completed and you'll feed good each time you see your good works.

Break larger tasks up into several tasks that can be done over time and don't forget to include putting your tools away and cleaning up the worksite afterwards too.

Far more enjoyable than playing computer games.

The best advice I could offer to someone struggling with these kind of things is RELAX. I know there's people on this board (I was one) who have been trapped in the "holy shit everything they say is normal is wrong. I have to stop this, and that, and the other thing. I have to workout, and garden, and read Evola, and..." and you're overwhelmed.

You have to let go of the idea that you're going to fix everything all at once. I was disgusted by the "start small" idea for years, but doubly disgusted by the way I was living. Every night my life changes completely tomorrow, every day nothing changes. It's a very frustrating way to live.

You have to humble yourself. Take one step forward, two steps back, half a step forward, and so on. You'll gain ground eventually. Thinking about doing better is infinitely worse than doing literally the smallest thing you can to actually do better. It may seem weak. It is, you are. This is important: there's nothing aimed in the right direction that's beneath you. You don't get to just be an ubermensch. You have to work for it brick by brick. It's easier to identify with your ideas about the great life you want to live than it is to confront the sorry way you are actually living.

I'm rambling. To my original point: you're already in a great position by realizing the problems. Neurotic stress about not living up to the solution only hurts you. Take a step back, relax, pick something to do better and do it. However stumbling and awkward and unsatisfactory.

I really hope someone benefits from reading this. Like I said, I took me years to give up my ego identification with how I wanted to be and get down in the mud with the awful way I actually was and start putting myself together.

God bless

How do you tell others what you have realized?

when i got redpilled on the jewish question, which was due to gamergate and how the (((SJW))) dominated the gaming and entertainment industry

How do you detoxify yourself from the poison?

you can never be truly free of the addiction but you can substitute bad dopamine for good dopamine

instead of goyfeed, you will consume homecooked meals, instead of porn and mind numbing smut, you will consume cute, happy, family friendly dopamine (cute animals or something wholesome like Spy X family)

gaming is a hard vice to ditch, but you can discriminate with your tastes, i mostly play classic vidya and mods, all the (((new))) shit is just pozzed

Do you even need to rid yourself of the poison or is it all just a moderation thing? Or is that just what they want you to think?

Porn is an obvious no no, that shit is pure poison that designed to override your natural inclination to reproduction

goyfeed... once you pretend to have a "soy allergy" and realize that EVERY SINGLE GOYFEEDRY OUT THERE USES SOY IN THEIR FRYING OIL

its easy to ditch that bad habit

Internet, forums, youtube and other forms of leisure aren't bad if you're still supplementing that down time with physical activity

after all, the internet is a treasure trove of knowledge, but also a pandora's box of degeneracy.

Gaming... just be discriminate in your tastes

and don't ever get excited for a product, because even if its good its still going to be pozzed (Ghost of Tsushima for example)

P.S i'm damn serious about pretending to have a soy allergy, even in bakeries THEY PUT SOY IN CHEESE CAKES AND CROSSIANTS

Zippitydoodah 8 points ago +8 / -0

the internet is a treasure trove of knowledge, but also a pandora's box of degeneracy.

Great way of putting it. I love and hate the internet simultaneously. I have known something was wrong with this world since I was a little kid, but without the internet I may have never really woken up to what it was. On the other hand, I think social media and the smartphone (being able to take social media with you at all times) is the death of our society.

6
GoldenInnosStatue 6 points ago +6 / -0

Social Media in itself designed to be both spyware and social engineering, there is literally no downside in axing social media altogether

though i'll be honest and say that many based individuals made their redpilled debut on social media (Twitter or Tiktok) so while its total cancer

you can still pull some uses out of it (until you get banned)

even gab (which cooperates with the feds to an extent) has many uses in redpilling whites (and based non-whites) about the jewish problem

as Pat Little said it, "it might be a honeypot but you should still use it to expose the nose"

if you wanna do some IRL activism, start small

get the people to notice all the homofaggot shit they're pushing on TV, in commercials and billboards (fashion billboards esp)

race mixing propaganda and of course the (((soy))) problem (its in fucking everything)

once the people are sufficiently redpilled about the symptoms of jewry then and only then they are ready for the final redpill

That's pretty much the only way to interact with people outside of your immediate family these days.

Porn is an obvious no no, that shit is pure poison that designed to override your natural inclination to reproduction

A lack of desire for reproduction isn't a the main problem for most men, it's actually getting the woman that most men struggle with. Random violence would skyrocket if we had nothing to use as a substitute

The excessive dopamine kills my motivation sometimes. It's unreal how much I have to push myself to do simple things. For a dopamine detox, I just take a hike somewhere in the woods, spending time in nature is a great break from CONSOOOOMING dopamine.

6
Zippitydoodah 6 points ago +6 / -0

I know exactly what you mean about killing motivation. Totally agree about getting outside.

A few days ago we spent the whole day hiking around some lake trails, then when it got warm enough in the afternoon we swam in the lake, then went home and cooked a delicious salmon feast. Fell asleep about 9pm and slept soundly. 10/10, best way to spend a day

I buy anime Blurays sometimes. I've got Death Note, Evangelion, the Ghost in the Shell movie (regular DVD), and while it's not actually an anime, I just bought the first two seasons of the Castlevania show.

Comes up to around $75, and everything except GitS is available on Netflix.

I like physical media.

sonicfanclub77 6 points ago +6 / -0

Have you ever noticed negatives due to product consumption?

I'm enjoying this basic shooter video game, but it gives you the option to look up the protagonist's short skirt. You know that Bible verse about holding coal close to the chest? I'm doing that right now. I originally used it as a way to blow off steam, but I am constantly in a lustful state of mind whilst playing it. I keep on uninstalling and reinstalling, pretty ashamed of it.

Suggest ways to dopamine detox

Most people look for dopamine because they're missing something, usually, loneliness is the culprit. Hang out with family, play basketball with a friend, and don't look at your phone for the whole day.

How do you tell others what you have realized?

I try to mention things, but I can't follow up. Because I believe in exemplifying your beliefs, and I have so much work to do. I can't insist to others that I know how people should live when I can't even hold up myself as proof of a good life.

What do you think the “poison” is, how would you define it?

There are many, many poisons.

Suggest ways to dopamine detox.

I've accidentally done it when driving on multi-day road trips. There's a lot that you can't do while driving. Last time I drove a long way, when I got to my destination, I found myself naturally doing things like reading books and teaching myself how to tie knots, before I gradually slipped back into doomscrolling again.

2
randomgamerguy1997 2 points ago +2 / -0

doomscrolling is a horrible habit I think we are all guilty of.

5
ImmuneResponse 5 points ago +5 / -0

To my mind, the poison is so-called "modernism". I reject everything pimped by kikes and their enablers, whether it's Hollywood, "The News™", healthcare on hire from lobbyist interests, government overreach and the consolidation of power, modern movies/music/vidya, (anti)social media, goyslop, even mainstream computers/software.

All of those things have been perverted to control us and keep us docile.

Reject the poison and become ungovernable.

4
detransthrowaway 4 points ago +4 / -0

Everything is the poison. The second we're born we're on a constant downward spiral. Brief improvement, then down past rock bottom.

I honestly don't feel I've wasted money often, I spend wisely. There have been very few things I've regretted purchasing. Those being an airsoft Desert Eagle (DOA, shot straight up and couldn't hit shit) and maybe a CoD Zombies map I didn't like, but even that time I was able to get some entertainment out of it.

If you want to dopedetox, I'd say a good idea would be to ask God for help in breaking the addiction cycle, then going into the woods on a camping trip for a week. Come back, you'll be a lot better. Make sure to bring some books or blueberries.

3
Crockett 3 points ago +3 / -0

Only indirectly related, but I've been thinking about this lately.

I've cut back on a lot of these "poisons" in my life over the past few years. But as I do so, I find that the remaining ones get more power over me. It's like there's a fixed amount of vice in my life, and when I eliminate one vice, another expands to fill the space.

Should I be fighting the void itself, until the vices are easy to pick off? Or do I have to defeat the vices before the void can heal?

3
randomgamerguy1997 3 points ago +4 / -1

How do you tell others what you have realized?

I've long ago stopped being open about my views to others I know, I just can't hold my own in an argument even though I'm right.

What do you think the “poison” is, how would you define it?

I don't think there is one great poison, but various things that can be bad for you.

How do you detoxify yourself from the poison? Do you even need to rid yourself of the poison or is it all just a moderation thing?

I do believe that many things are fine in moderation. Are some of the stuff I consume like soda or porn for examples ideal to consume? probably not, but in moderation it is fine. Unfortunately, I have a hard time moderating my soda consumption. Porn on the other hand has been much easier to moderate. I used to have a smartphone so when I wasn't on my computer I was almost always on that and I was in a sort of hell where I just got bombarded with notifications and what not trying to keep up with it all and getting stressed out when I would fall behind. I still sort of deal with that, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.

Have you ever noticed negatives due to product consumption? E.g., Felt like you wasted your money after buying a bunch of games on sale, seen someone stressed about money after buying an expensive ultra rare funko pop that they just had to own?

I've gotten a bit frustrated at times when I fall weak and spend money when I really didn't want to.

Suggest ways to dopamine detox.

Unfortunately I do not have advice there.

2
NewNameIguess 2 points ago +2 / -0

My main problems are just motivating myself just to consume product at a normal rate. I've got hundreds of hours in my game backlog alone.

2
crash7863 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're going to be driven to consume something, consume the poison no matter what. Pick your poison. Choose a lifestyle. I want a life style that involves catching and cooking my own food. Smokers, prepping food traditionally, not quite homesteading, but almost there. That is a lifestyle and it involves consumption.

I reject consuming all the modernity of the world. I don't need a 60 inch tv to watch shows about how white people are evil.

Bane 2 points ago +2 / -0

I would say to myself, “stop wanting”, and it kinda helped. Saved me money, but also made me a really boring person. I sometimes fall in the trap of “if I had a better laptop I could learn video editing and get back into coding (I’m over a decade behind)”, but I hold back with “stop wanting”. Part of me knows my 6 year old laptop is perfectly capable of running VS Code and compiling anything, and yet I’m not doing it. Why? Already fell into the mechanical keyboard trap. “I need this $170 clicky RGB keyboard to type better code” when my $40 Logitech Wave was so much more comfortable. Another recent one was trying to get into digital art, "needing” the best iPad and newest Apple Pencil, knowing I was never even good with paper, let alone the iPad and 1st gen pencil I already have.

Make do with what you got. Don’t upgrade until you outgrow. Expensive tools won’t make you better if you haven’t even mastered your current tools.

2
SodomiteSlayer 2 points ago +2 / -0

When I was in high school, I had no motivation to study so I bought a $50 fountain pen and two $15 leather notebooks. I filled the books very quickly and did well in my exams.

It takes a month to build a habit so the novelty need only last that long for it to change your ways.

Better equipment doesn't make your perform better; it makes you practise more, which, over time, makes you perform better.

2
Suchinternet 2 points ago +2 / -0

When to invest in hobbies is a hard call. You rarely "need" better equipment, but some times you buy a new thing and it totally transforms your productivity.

My strategy is when I think I need something I add it to an amazon save for later (or really just any list). If I find myself being like "if I had that thing this task would be so much easier" several times, I buy it. Works out pretty well. I never buy a "want" item the same day. I let it sit for a couple days at least.

Another good strategy I think is "spend your money where you spend your time". Like if you hike for 2 hours a day every day I think its fine to splurge on some carbon fiber hiking poles, even though you don't " need them". Less wasteful than buying a circular saw for your woodshop even though you almost never go in there.

2
Suchinternet 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think instant gratification media is the biggest poison of the modern world. I avoid it at all costs. Tik tok, YouTube shorts, that kind of thing. I try to stick to long form media whenever possible.

I think another good strategy is to see what you want to see, and then turn off the media and give yourself some time to consider it or discuss it with friends. I think its no accident that modern news often cuts between subjects so fast you really don't have time to think about what you've heard.

Biased media really only works when readers gloss over the stories. When you really dig in, the truth is immediately apparent more often then not. This is how I got redpilled honestly. I started digging into news more, and considering it hearsay until I got some time to check the sources. Low and behold I discovered an unreal level of distortion in the left wing media. Now I treat pretty much all reporting as propaganda until proven otherwise.

2
WhiteLawnChairs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Man I've only recently realized the problem I have with YouTube shorts. I stayed off TikTok. Chinese spyware that doesn't even try to hide that it just exists to steal your attention and data. No thanks. I do like YouTube though. There's a handful of channels that produce high quality long-form interesting content. Just regular guys with passion and knowledge.

But that fucking shorts banner always has something kind of interesting and oh look now it's been two hours. Literal media goyslop with no substance.

And the kicker? No way to turn it off. You can't disable shorts content and can't remove the banner from your homepage. That's the really insidious part to me. They know what that shit does. It's made that way by design. It would be easy enough to make it optional, they certainly know that many people would want such an option, but they decide not to provide it because the whole point is to retain your engagement through addiction/impulse.

2
Suchinternet 2 points ago +2 / -0

You should look into using RSS feeds instead of viewing on youtube. It's convenient and completely eliminates the recommendation system. It's also nice because any time a creator ads a secondary account on odysee, or rumble or whatever you can swap that out for the youtube feed seamlessly.
