So I was coming home from the store and on the way, there were two women who I assumed were lesbian and a boy. This boy's life is fucked man, he is put on a skirt with makeup, I wouldn't be surprised if he has puberty blockers and will get into surgery as soon as the age law requires. I didn't talk to them but what should I do guys, I don't want the kid to kill himself.

I'm sorry, this is really the only way I know how to solve this problem. Make fun of them, make them feel embarrassed, show them that their actions are wrong. They should have been bullied long ago to prevent it happening in the first place. Once it gets to the point of grooming, the only solution is calling authorities like CPS, (who still probably wouldn't do anything).
But what else can one do besides speak up for what is right and call out abuse when they see it?
Sadly, I think if you tried to say anything, it would be legally considered harassment.
There not much you can do instantaneously useless you want to hero yourself. Even in the long run you don't have much options.
Learn what community activities the kid partakes in and see if you can join in as a sort of mentor figure? Works until the faggies takes the kid out of it.
Try to get close to the family to steer them away? Now they know your name and will drag it through the mud if you anger them.
Best option at this point is to sign them up for as much spam mail and telemarketers as you can. Mail them your own opinions to make them as uncomfortable as possible. Eventually they will move away and you won't have to deal with them anymore.
